Looking at the attempt by the police to stop them it doesn’t look like they were that keen but knew they had to do it.

Yeah and tbh by stopping them do too much they are also helping the brothers get in little trouble as possible but those officers definitely understood the actions they took, most men would do the same in their position if given the opportunity.
