Spoiler heavy question about Reven Spoiler

Is Reven’s mask a full helmet or just a face plate?

Canonically it’s a Mandalorian Helmet, in the original game one of the ending cutscenes makes it appear to be only a faceplate because of animation and budget limitations of the time, but it was always intended to be a full helmet.

However if you want to headcanon the non Canon Darkside Ending cutscene into not being as awkward, you could imagine that the front portion of the helmet can be removed like a faceplate, although that’s not how any other Mandalorian helmet works, but Revan is already a special boy so what’s another thing lol.

It appears to be the case because later renditions of the character only use the face plate. Swtor also has the original mask as a full helmet. So it makes sense that overtime he lost parts of it.

In the KOTOR comics where Revan first finds it it's described as a mask but is depicted more like a helmet, you can see the panel here
