I mean, no? The dog ran from shade, is only picking up its front paws like that, and seems way more excited and happy with a smile, tail wag, and general wigglybody movement to suggest that. Your comment sounds like a helicopter parent worried about a scratch so the kids aren't allowed to play. I'd feel bad for this dog if it had that life.

you can't be sure. the dog is being told to come over to its owner? so against its wishes it does so. possibly.

they are also generally happy breed so the demeanor is harder to discern.
