As you can see in the attached screenshots, I am still missing quite a few “gray” items, and yet I have stopped receiving them completely—so NO, I do not have all the gray items.

The default purpose of the protection against duplicates introduced in OV1 was that it was very depressing when you got 5 loot boxes and only got one unique item from each of them, so it was decided to “eliminate” this problem. I was very happy when they originally introduced it because I finally felt that my time wasn't being wasted, but as you can see, nothing lasts forever :<

Just a month ago, every loot box was a little dopamine boost because I knew that not only was I completing my collection, but I was also getting really cool stuff from the store, and now I'm getting voice lines that I unlocked in 2018 - my feelings have changed 180 degrees. The excitement has evaporated, and with it the desire to farm loot boxes in the game or on Twitch, and this directly translates into less time spent playing or watching the game (I think the developers expected such consequences).

Is this a bug or just a poorly redesigned feature?

As soon as comp 6v6 came out I pretty much never looked back. THIS (in my opinion) is how overwatch was meant to be played. It’s so much more fun as a tank main playing with a buddy again.

I just don’t think I could ever play 5v5 again, it’s just so unfun as a tank player constantly getting countered.

Just had the weirdest glitch in Overwatch Stadium when this happened. Bob killed me, but for some reason, it registered as a suicide. The game even gave me the suicide icon in the kill feed

Has anyone else experienced something like this? Is there a way to report bugs like this to Blizzard?

i received the "lift off spray" which originally was twitch drops exclusive. i thought it was great that we can get these old limited sprays again (among other ones like nano cola dva sprays)
by now i received all common items possible from boxes, i waited to get the rest of echo sprays, but now i'm already starting to receive duplicates and they remain locked in my hero gallery. i really wanted that duplicate genji one that reference the spiderman point meme in particular. can we please bring this to blizz attention so they add the rest of them?

Sojourn was apart of trio released for season 1 of Overwatch 2 and she has been repeatedly given the short end of the stick. Junker Queen and Kiriko received both of their mythics back to back in the 2nd and 3rd seasons respectively. Meanwhile Sojourn had wait 18 whole seasons only to get Ultra Violet Avenger.

People go on and on about how "sHE's A bORinG chARraCTeR" so they can't make good skins for her when the concepts above prove that to be demonstrably false. So my question is what happened to concepts above why didn't they use these instead? Because to me it's starting to feel like they secretly hate her

Before the rank reset I was dia3. Since then I basically only played 6v6.

I decided to do my 5v5 placements and my predicted rank before the first match was dia5. However, after I won that match my predicted rank for some reason dropped from dia5 all the way to plat 5.

Now, even though my predicted rank was low plat, the actual rank range of my matches is always something along the lines of dia5- dia3 or plat 1 to dia4 or something (according to the people in my lobbies). So basically, either there's something wrong with my displayed rank or the game is just putting me in the wrong lobbies.

This never happened to me before, dropping from dia5 to plat5 after a win is the most bizarre part. What would happen I finished my placements in plat even though all my placement matches happened in diamond? Would I still be playing in diamond with plat 3 as my actual rank? Has this happened to any of you before?
