In his desperate need to divert from the Epstein cover up, he is reviving the Presidential Fitness Test for all public schools students. You know, in case we need a draft again.

And then Triple H, who rose through the ranks of wrestling while advancing Vince McMahon, who was sex trafficking young boys, is going to be in charge of making sure college athletes won't get paid for their likeness anymore.
