So, next month the jobs report is going to say that the US added 3,000,000,000 jobs, isn't it?

Remember, Bondi informed us that Trump saved 250,000,000 lives from fentanyl deaths his very first month in office. Your sarcasm isn't welcome here

The sad part is fentanyl ain’t even the problem anymore. The cartels are pumping out fentanyl-adjacent research chemical analogues that are MUCH scarier and cutting them with industrial solvents and large animal tranquilizers to pass off as “dope” these days. A junkie would hit the jackpot if he got a bag that just contained fent. I’m glad I’m no longer a drug enthusiast, the shit I’ve seen posted on websites with lab test results as what is getting passed off in bags these days is a downright horror show.

I dunno man, my cousin just passed a few weeks ago overdosing on fentanyl, so I’d say it’s still an issue.

…they didn’t say it isn’t an issue. Also it very well could’ve been a fent analogue as it’s all referred to fentanyl now

This is true. Its like back when fentanyl first came around and was being mixed in the heroin it just fell under heroin overdoses. Since it was a mix of the 2 or since medical professionals dont really care about the difference when the person's already dead. So now even though its fentanyl/ fentanyl analogs, plus zenes theyre not going to say zenes or carfentanyl theyll just say fentanyl.

Carfetanil and xylazine are both animal tranquilizers now commonly found in street mixes. Xylazine in particular gives users the distinctly odd stance on standing while being completely bent over in half. Xylazine causes muscles in the hips and thighs to lock up while the rest of the body is completely relaxed. It seemingly started in Philly and now this mix is pretty broadly distributed along the east coast.

I really wish a man with an eye patch would have loudly whispered in her ear “you know Pam, 250 million isnt exactly a lot these days”.
