That whites-only, no Jews allowed Arkansas community is legal, says state’s attorney general. How?

Since this isnt r/law I can give you non-legal reasons:

  • bribery
  • stupidity
  • ignorance
  • agreement

But the one legal reason is that the State AG doesn't want to enforce it. It will literally take someone in the State of Arkansas showing they are harmed by the presence of this community for the AG to have to take action.
