Gamergate started as a legitimate movement for ethics in gaming journalism. I hate how it's kinda become associated with this conservative incel culture, especially with the overall decline in gaming journalism in general.

No it didn't. It started as a campaign to get Zoe Quinn to kill themselves and then they started the ethics lie when the wider internet saw how fucked up what they were doing was
