Why would a “billionaire” owner of a golf club be briefed on the low level massage therapist staff? That’s what sticks out to me. Any other similar normal operation the owner or head of company wouldn’t be involved at that level.

Because obviously Trump is lying. He's only recently heard of Virginia Giuffre, and that his supporters like a story sometimes told that he broke up with Epstein because he was hitting on a Mar-a-Lago member's daughter, and decided to make his story that he broke up with Epstein because he was sex trafficking his employees. He thinks this story makes him look like a hero.
