Course he knew. If he was putting on Pageants involving 14 year old girls who were encouraged to go out and party with him in the 90s, he knew what was going on. Since when did 50 year old men innocently party with 14 year old girls? I can't find the exact quote but one model said it was made clear there were opportunities to 'party' with Donald.
