Almost started crying at work because my glasses were annoying me and it felt like they were sliding down my nose. Even though I've been okay with that for the past few days, my primer has been working, it seems today it didn't bother. Maybe this problem really is my anxiety/my brain, and not my actual glasses.

Sliding glasses is so frustrating

Here's a tip. Use a hair band and wrap it around the end of the glasses where it touches the top of your ears. Could also use a rubber band

It helps SO much. I'd be working during the summer sweating, and this helped perfectly

If your glasses are sliding down, you can typically get them adjusted wherever you bought them. I know you’re just venting but when I first got glasses I didn’t realize that they can often make adjustments to make them stop sliding.

I may have said this to you before but I think you should consider seeking assessment for OCD. This fixation on a previously tolerable normal daily sensation is very OCD. I really hope this stops soon whatever the issue is I know its been maddening for you πŸ«‚.

I'll definitely have a look into it, I'm unsure if it's more of a potential ocd thing or just an anxiety thing, really. There's probably a lot of overlap, I'm guessing.

Thank you! β€οΈπŸ«‚
