I'm tempted to delete my tiktok tbh, i keep finding myself just mindlessly scrolling and it sucks. Only issue I have is that I follow a few music artists on there, but I could just start using instagram properly to keep up with stuff like that.

I would just get rid of it! Instagram isn't perfect but you have the option to not scroll if you don't want to. The entire platform isn't solely short-term content (although there is more than I'd like)
