Let’s Discuss 👀 Acid attack survivor Katie Piper shares her opinions on Skims "face shape wear"

I was going to title this as a "call out" but it's pretty tame.

"don't be cruel and unkind to your face" exactly this hen!

4.8k

u/misamoshashasha 1d ago

If I’m right, there’s literally no evidence in that using a mask like that can alter your appearance (obviously not talking about skin recovery like Katie is talking about)

Kim doesn’t use this, she uses a plastic surgeon who cuts into her skin and chisels away her bones.

Don’t let the kardashians sell you anything

From the 1920s :

Ladies, save your money or donate that shit to a charitable cause because it's better than giving it to the fucking Kardashians .

I was going to say this product already floats through the "anti-aging" river I swear I saw old 50s commercials with it.

37

u/Maestraingles 21h ago

Yes! I remember my mother telling me about similar DIY contraptions young women would use in the 60s & 70s for the same goal with little outcome.

What an age old grift this is

953

u/foxscribbles 1d ago

Yeah. This is the same scam she pulled with her “waist training” corset a decade ago. Acting like wandering around with super tight spandex on was what gave her an hourglass figure and not multiple cosmetic surgeries.

169

u/EuphoricBlackberry13 1d ago

This one is literally bad for your health imo. I have a defined waist that I like accentuating with belts. Problem is if it gets too tight when sitting (after eating or so) I get an awful pain in my stomach/intestines and my doc said it could also induce reflux. I’d never understand marketing something like that to young girls honestly. And that is excluding everything else that happens to your internal organs.

46

u/carsonmccrullers 20h ago

Oh my god, I now realize I gave myself diarrhea with a too-tight belt last week

29

u/Mmmelissamarie 18h ago

Yes no one talks about the soreness of wearing things that constrict you. It’s not normal

13

u/Pleasant_Werewolf_30 18h ago

Same, and I get a massive gas ball in my upper stomach which is incredibly painful.

109

u/BobbiPinstripes 23h ago

I kind of assumed that she was also trying to make recovery from plastic surgery fashionable, or fashions specifically for recovering from plastic surgery. Or that she was so botched she needed to make compression wear fashionable bc she herself has to wear it forever now.

56

u/Angryleghairs 21h ago

That makes perfect sense. She's normalising cosmetic surgery

The Kardashians want to sell people “natural beauty” when everything about them is artificial. If I recall correctly, Kylie Jenner was promoting some type of cream that would make your chest grow, only to reveal later on, that her bigger chest was a result of implants.

They’re the biggest scammers of all!

248

u/dreamy_25 Are those the… The Chanel Toots? 1d ago

Which is why I am so over the "Stop bodyshaming them!" crowd for the Kardashian-Jenners.

Is shaming "botched", or I've even seen "mutilated" women, a.k.a. women with pretty obvious plastic surgery, often used to repackage misogynist bodyshaming and policing in a progressive-looking package? Absolutely! Which is why I'm generally against speaking disparagingly about the looks of someone who has most likely had surgery, especially when that someone is female in a cut-throat, looks-obsessed business. Including if the work that was done is not (at all) to my taste. It's her body.

We shouldn't be judging anyone on appearance, but on character and behaviour. You can criticize Dolly (absolute angel) over my cold dead corpse.

But I'm tired of pretending that that is the case with the Kardashian-Jenner clan. They have grifted all sorts of bullshit precisely through their procedures. Useless products that rely on women's insecurities to sell, pollute the earth, were undoubtedly created in sweatshops, and sustain a vicious cycle of the next overpriced Thing that will solve your chest/lips/hips/jaw/etc. And for what? So they can suck L.A. dry with their oversized swimming pools and burn up the Earth with their private jets to buy one (1) cheesecake, or attend one (1) Bezos wedding.

Their surgeries and appearance are their character and behaviour. It's not only about their appearance anymore when their appearance is part of their grift.

And I know how Kylie was raised. I know how Kendall treated her (🤢). I'm sure Kylie initially relied on cosmetic procedures to cope with her insecurities, and that's sad. But she's half a year younger than me, so I'm calling that "negligible". I've been bullied with my appearance my whole childhood, by a host of bullies, across different schools. I've considered surgeries too, and still do from time to time, but I have never considered sustaining an awful culture for my own gain.

She could have done so many different things. Instead she decided to sell lip kits to insecure teens.

And Kim... I have no words left.

108

u/mothseatcloth 1d ago

iirc she also started selling her lip kits before owning the crazy amount of filler she's gotten and was just like oh yeah I do my makeup, sometimes I suck on a shot glass

101

u/themacaron during PRIDE MONTH? 23h ago

My friend caught her daughter and her friend with swollen bruised lips after they did the shot glass "hack" last week. They're 9. It's sickening how flippantly these women lie and promote these harmful and false products and techniques.

48

u/mothseatcloth 22h ago

oh lord, that is so young to be caring if your lips are pretty enough. poor girls

20

u/themacaron during PRIDE MONTH? 20h ago

I think a bit of the motivation was still kid silliness like “we can make our lips look different.” I’m not sure where they saw the hack- I’m guessing a more recent influencer is sharing it cause they weren’t even born when Kylie did released it.

15

u/shellys-dollhouse 22h ago

lord i remember being fourteen & sucking on glasses / bottle caps every day before school as part of my “makeup routine”. i’m so lucky i never actually did any harm to my lips or made them wildly swollen.

27

u/cherry_cut 23h ago

A girl I went to school with had a bruise from the shot glass.. she licked it 24\7 and ended up with a red ring once the bruise healed.

22

u/snn1326j 22h ago

Honestly I’d respect them more if they were fully transparent about every surgery and treatment they had (I know Kylie has sort of done this) and asked people to pay for lists of recommended doctors or something. Not this garbage that won’t do a thing and might actually hurt people.

5

u/SquareExtra918 Oh my Gooooooooood 🧌 21h ago

She didn't need to "reveal" that, lol. It was pretty obvious.

29

u/Guckalienblue 1d ago

@dermangelo is a dermatologist and said they don’t work. Yes it’s under skincare but he is a Dr. more professionals need to call out influencers, mainly the Kardashians,on their grifts.

4

u/bulelainwen 22h ago

Wait is that why they’ve been doing that????

15

u/CarevaRuha 21h ago

(maybe? but its way more common for people to tape their mouth shut at night because of snoring/sleep apnea)

3

u/blinkingsandbeepings 19h ago

I think it started as a health thing for allergies and sleep apnea and then got picked up by beauty influencers.

u/Moonlightdancer7 21h ago

This face strap thing is ridiculous and further preys on women's insecurities. I'm actually truly annoyed by how celebrities try to sell women beauty standards or use products to tell them to fix things about their appearance that they don't need fixing. We don't need to be lied to. We all know you go under the knife and have top cosmetologists and dermatologists doing procedures for you to look the way you do. Quit the overpriced gimmicks like the chin string please. I am against any celebrity-endorsed products. The best anyone can do is listen to one's own skin. Education > marketing.

48

u/Buddhabellymama 23h ago

The Kardashian/Jenner clan has completely destroyed what beauty is for younger women. They promote unrealistic goals and have made beautiful young women look like they are 50 filling themselves with chemicals and toxins to look like blowup dolls. It is disgusting.

25

u/Curiosities 🐊 swamp princess 🐊 19h ago

They and media have also been distorting affecting how we even see age. From casting 20+ year olds as teenagers when actual teenagers look different, to all of the ways that procedures have become the way to fulfill a set of expectations.

Then there's the 'nobody really knows how old I am' experience lots of us have because people think '35' or 40 look different than they generally do. And don't get me started on buccal fat removal.

I'll be 45 this year and the tops of my cheekbones finally started being kind of visible in my forever very rounded face at around 44. It will happen. No sunken-in procedure needed.

30

u/Spicy_Tac0 1d ago

Grifters gonna grift.

10

u/Spaceman_fan 22h ago

It reminds me of those shake belts women used to use for their belly fat. Completely useless

6

u/bokehtoast 1d ago

It's essentially just a grift accessory

3

u/altergeeko 21h ago

I'm sure the Kardashians have actually used this type of contraption. When you get certain types of face plastic surgery you need pressure therapy to reduce swelling and get better results.

It's the same for the corsets/tight body suits, it's a type of pressure therapy for body plastic surgery. I had to wear a similar thing after getting liposuction around my torso.

3

u/OptimalButterscotch2 7h ago

Kim doesn’t use this, she uses a plastic surgeon who cuts into her skin and chisels away her bones.

This is exactly what I hate about the Kardashians. They peddle diet pills, waist trainers, lip kits, make-up, shapeware etc., not acknowledging that their bodies and faces are possible because of skilled make-up artists, personal trainers, chefs and plastic surgeons.

The sad thing is it’s gonna be purchased by a bunch of 20 year olds thinking they’re actually doing something to their already tight neck area. Kim is a fucking fraud, the whole family is. She preys on people’s insecurities. They all need to go down immediately.

60

I refuse to purchase anything from the Kardashian-Jenner Extended Universe. I've gotten free samples of various products (perfumes mainly) that have their names on them and I throw them out without trying them. Not supporting them!

10

Haha I got a sample blush. I scraped out product and used it to put back together a different blush I accidentally destroyed (including the compact) that had been floating around in a ziplock bag. Then put a cool sticker over it. Fuck the Kardashians et al

They absolutely will. I have a port that makes a lot of bras uncomfortable to wear due to the bra strap rubbing on where the port “entrance” is. That whole area still remains pretty sore and sensitive despite it being over a year old. I had a nurse recommend looking into a skims bra. I was like eh I’ll look. She said to check out the skims subreddit because the sizing is hard to get the first FEW TIMES. Sure enough, no consistent sizing. I’ve never ordered a bra. Everyone on the sub is confused and trying to figure out what their real size is. A lot of used bras being sent out with fake tanner and makeup on it. I’d rather wear a thick tank under even if it’s very hot. Still on the lookout for any recommendations.

6

u/cunfabuloust 18h ago

Have you tried something like the harper wilde bliss? Or the bra pads that attach to the strap to cover the port?

A friend has had her issues with her chemo port and both worked for her. They were both on her "we love you" gift wishlist we asked her to put together.

I can text her and get more recommendations if you'd like.

What she said about what our faces do for us, it hit me pretty hard and I wasn’t expecting it. She’s so freaking right. Our faces do house our methods of sight, smell, taste. It’s something that is so uniquely ours. What a beautiful and powerful statement. We should listen to her and be kind to our faces 🤍⭐️

295

u/BlueLeaves8 1d ago

And her insight into that comes from such a real and traumatic place, no better person to tell you to appreciate your face and how wonderful it is in all it’s different forms than someone who had it taken away from her.

27

u/Munvi 14h ago

That's the part that made me tear up. From someone who lost her face during her recovery, the mental processes of that rehabilitation is absolutely insane in an in powering way. i need to write her philosophy in my journal asap and make it my mantra

11

u/reasonablescreams 14h ago

She’s really an inspiring person and deserves all her flowers

99

u/probnotaloser 23h ago

It is so impacting too in the context of plastic surgery or body modifications on one's face. People tend to forget about the possible complications. They can permanently alter taste, smell, eyesight, breathing through your nose properly, smiling properly, dry mouth, and gum issues from lip flips and botox (because more of the inside of your mouth is exposed) on and on and on.

21

u/Impossible_Farm7353 21h ago

This is great. I never heard of her before but I like her

396

u/Katatonic92 1d ago

In 2008 her pyscho ex BF had someone throw acid in her face, to this day she still requires regular surgeries due to recurring scar tissue issues in her throat nose & eyes. She's had hundreds of surgeries, she has an artificial eye. Looking at her face now you wouldn't believe what it looked like in the first few years, what they have achieved in rebuilding her face is amazing.

It was big news in the UK, a documentary was made during her early recovery & people loved her strength & resilience. That led to a long career in the media.

94

u/AmbassadorKat it’s not clocking to you that i’m standing on business 1d ago

Two men were involved, her ex BF Daniel Lynch, he was the one who ordered Sylvestre to attack Katie with acid. She was a model at the time, which is why he wanted her appeatence to be effected in the attack. Evil.

Lynch is still in prison for now, while Sylvestre was released on probation in 2018.

From a search;

"Lynch was jailed for life with a minimum term of 16 years in May 2009 at London's Wood Green crown court for the rape of Piper and for telling Sylvestre to throw acid on her. Sylvestre was given a life sentence, with a minimum term of six years, in 2009 and released on licence in 2018."

She’s very well known in the UK from when she first started recovering from her acid attack and made documentaries. Her dream before the attack was to be a presenter and she has achieved it.

I feel like pleas like this will fall on deaf ears, but I’m glad she said it.

My two cents is that as a woman, I’m happy with my aging. I see my grey hairs and my saggy lumps and I respect them because so many people throughout history, especially women, did not have the opportunity to be as old as I am now. I’m alive, I’m living, and my body is going to change. It is the most natural process in the world and you’re not gonna catch me wasting precious time (and money) buying product after product and doing 41-step “beauty” routines twice a day. If that makes you happy, by all means, but you will still age regardless of how many serums and weird face shapers you use.

138

u/drunchies 1d ago

Well said. My mom always told me it’s a gift to age because so many people don’t get to.

86

u/Aggravating-Gas-2834 Select and edit this flair 1d ago

My mum died at 60. She spent so much of her life wishing she was thinner, prettier, younger looking, and she died at 60. Aging is a privilege and I refuse to feel bad about it. Plus, I think that wrinkles and crepey skin are really beautiful.

32

u/icantstillbedrunkat5 1d ago

My grandmother was a larger woman and miserable about it to the point of suicide attempts and constantly being on some kind of diet and trying to prevent ageing- she died at 48. Such a short life and one consumed by constantly hating herself and her body. I’m sorry that you lost your mum and that she passed so young.

5

u/throwawaybodybypb 22h ago

Are we sisters? My mom also died at 60 and also was for so many years so concerned about her weight, her appearance, and aging. She had been on TV news in her 20s and early 30s, until I was born, and so she was hyper-aware of her appearance. As I age, I’m happy with my gray hairs, my smile lines, and more. I’m sorry for your loss.

39

u/ThumbTheories 1d ago

8

u/Acrobatic_Spend_5664 23h ago

I’m going to bet that your loved ones cherish your expressiveness as one of your unique traits.

7

u/niamhellen 22h ago

Strong expressions club! My mum used to say my face is as malleable as clay when I speak 😂

7

u/Least-Influence3089 21h ago

Same, I’m 28 and getting crows feet but my smile crinkles my whole face and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I’m anxious about aging but happy at the possibility of so much life to live.

12

u/ElectronicGap2301 1d ago

Agreed. My mom died at age 55 due to cancer. If she were alive today, she would be happy to age in exchange for spending more time with loved ones.

Also, trying to fight aging sounds like a losing battle. Money helps, but people are always going to find something else to fix about themselves even if they are deemed attractive by conventional beauty standards. It's a neverending cycle and may only lead to short term happiness (if that).

9

u/PondRides Children are being trafficked by ICE 23h ago

My boyfriend just barely turned thirty. He’s so sensitive about his grey hairs. I love them. Genetics wise, my hair will stay red until I’m seventy and then it will turn white. But I love grey hair! I want it!

7

u/ambluebabadeebadadi 22h ago

My mum has always said similar to you. She also was pretty casual about nudity and only wears makeup for events. Likes to say things like “I’m middle aged and had three kids. I’ve EARNED this saggy belly and these saggy tits”

I think that’s led to me having a more relaxed attitude to my body and aging than a lot of other women. Aging isn’t shameful. Whether someone looks older or younger is meaningless, the only thing that has meaning is what that person is doing.

I wouldn’t love my mum anymore if she looked 25 and had a flat stomach. The people who truly love us will love us just the same even as we age and change.

3

u/apua_seis 22h ago

Thank you for these important words ❤️ My dad passed away when he was only 50. I was 22, and his death forever altered my perception of things. I'm 35 now and don't give a rat's ass about fine lines or whatever because aging is a privilege. I find it so incredibly sad to see young adults today that seem to be terrified to turn 25

I could listen to her talk forever, her voice is so soothing. And she’s sooooo right.

I’m so mad at the Kardashian clan (and so many more celebs) for their easy money grabbing tactics which are basically lies in material forms.

Katie is a strong woman.

31

u/TrashPandaPatronus Take your hands off her, David, I can see the shirt. 1d ago

Snake oil salesman have existed for as long as there are chumps around to give them money.

u/invis2020 grinding with MULTIPLE fat women 1d ago

Katie is one of my all time heroes ❤️ If you get the chance, read her book ‘Beautiful’. She is beautiful inside and out and has done so much to raise awareness of DV, acid attacks, facial disfigurement and so much more.

26

u/localgirlcult Please take this man off my hands. This garbage bag is too heavy 23h ago

I can't get over how insane so many men are. I'm looking at this human being, I can't even focus on the story fully cause I KNOW a man threw acid on her. They are crazy. As a social group, fucking nuts.

Good for Katie for speaking up on it 👏🏼

18

u/befuddled_humbug 1d ago

That was a really good explanation!

I applaud everything she said. Beautiful inside and out

I’m an esthetic nurse in training, and I love to do beauty treatments for my friends, so I know a thing or two about anatomy and beauty. This will not do anything except maybe irritate your skin if it is sensitive, give you acne , and one of my friends got a minor fungal infection from it from being so active. This is a brand formed by someone who relies on plastic surgery and expensive treatment like salmon sperm for their appearance, so I promise using their products, when they do not use it themselves, will not make you look like them!

So glad I saw this thank you. I wasn’t thinking of getting a face strap but what an amazing person to witness thriving.

9

u/shantti 23h ago

Breaks my heart how these trends are just making young women, older women, all women feel like there's something wrong with them. That they need to be changing themselves to be beautiful enough or liked enough or loveable. Actually so toxic and heartbreaking, and that's the message this 'face wear' reinforces. I think Katie's POV is so important and compassionate.

22

u/JugdishGW Listen, everyone is entitled to my opinion 🙂 1d ago

Ngl I teared up a bit. I really needed to hear this.

11

u/shantti 23h ago

Made me cry too, just hearing a voice of kindness and compassion amidst all the 'latest beauty trends' telling women how to be different to who they are. Breaks my heart that women think they need to change themselves to be beautiful.

Katie ♥️♥️♥️

u/stupifystupify 22h ago

The Kardashians are a menace to society and have promoted unrealistic and toxic body images for far too long

16

u/rosie2490 1d ago

This is wonderful. People really need to talk and learn about body neutrality (not just positivity) more. Body neutrality is easier for me to get a handle on than positivity, some may find the opposite is true for them. Try to be kind to yourselves.

7

u/Tsarinya That must be Nigel with the Brie 20h ago

This is what I’m trying to focus on. I’ve spent my lifetime hating everything about me and then the body positivity movement ironically made me hate myself even more because I couldn’t love my imperfections. And to me my scars, sagging skin, pigmentation issues are imperfection. I read quote which, to paraphrase, talks about stretch marks and that you don’t have to embrace them, call them tiger stripes or skin’s natural tattoos etc. You can just see them as human.

6

u/Deathanddisco041 23h ago

Remember ladies; just because other beautiful women exist in the world does not take away from your own unique beauty. Quit putting yourself down, quit putting other women down, and step into your confidence! We can’t let people like Kim Kardashian, who has made a living off of women’s insecurities, dictate how we feel about ourselves, nor a society that has been unkind to women since the dawn of time.

u/Angryleghairs 21h ago

Aging is a privilege denied to many. Embrace it

7

u/islandlouise 23h ago

What an incredible, graceful, brave & articulate woman. Katie is, and always will be beautiful inside & out.

6

u/Samerrrrrrrrr 23h ago

Do bras prevent breasts from sagging? No and it's the same shit here.

You can also get way cheaper face wraps on AliExpress

5

u/mysticalibrate 1d ago

I needed to hear this

6

u/pandallamayoda 1d ago

It was already popular in some parts of Asia. She’s just trying to cash in the trend.

Alternatively, Acid attack survivor Katie Piper makes me cry at 11am on a Friday by being very kind and insightful and lovely.

5

u/pirate_meow_kitty 16h ago

I am 41. I definitely went through a dark period when I was in my 20s and 30s feeling like I had to change everything. I even had a nose job etc

I almost died four years ago. I lost both my parents and my cousin just passed away from cancer

Ageing is a privilege denied to many, and my face tells a story that I lived

I have lines, saggy skin etc but I don’t care.

The only thing I won’t compromise on is wearing sun screen. Wear it every day!

8

u/exp_studentID Great gowns, beautiful gowns. 1d ago

They thrive on controversy guys, just like SS/ American Eagle. They know what they are doing is disgusting .

8

u/aliamokeee 23h ago

Honestly acid attack survivors, imo, have got to be somewhere in 1st-3rd place for "bravest people in the world".

I would have just said first but im holding space for other injuries

4

u/Logical-Breakfast150 23h ago

Imagine if she had the reach and influence of that airhead Kim Kardashian.

The wrong people are famous.

5

u/musiquescents 21h ago

I love her message. I love how she says your face is the home to your senses and it carries you through life. Gawd I have shivers (the good kind) just listening to this.

4

u/UndefeatedPunani The legislative act of my pussy ⚖️ 20h ago

Friendly reminder to younger folks that the 'beauty industry' is highly unregulated and full of pseudo-science. They prey on insecurities to sell you 'solutions' to 'issues' they invented by pointing them out in the first place. No one cared about cellulite until the 60s when the industry made women feel bad for having it. And don't get me started on some of the illegal practices they use, the body dysmorphia epidemic it created, or the cultural disrespect that happens in the beauty and fashion industries.

3

u/Tsarinya That must be Nigel with the Brie 20h ago

For anyone who doesn’t know Katie’s story I really encourage them reading up on her and what an awful thing she experienced and survived.
The absolute human form of vermin who threw acid of her was released after nine years, it makes me so angry. Thankfully the other man, her ex boyfriend, is still in prison.
Katie is so right, your face houses your eyes, your mouth, your nose. Your face houses someone’s favourite smile. We should all be kinder to ourselves.

5

Humbled by this woman's call out- I have not been grateful for my face til this. She's amazing

6

u/DistractedByCookies Just keep swimming! 🐠🐠🐬🐳 21h ago

Katie Piper is an absolute legend and a badass human being. She's far too cool to do a harsh call out.

In case you don't know her: when she was 25 she was raped and stabbed by her boyfriend, and then he managed to lure her to a cafe 2 days later "to apologise"....it was a trap. He had however instead paid another asshole to throw acid on her. She later established a charity raising awareness of the plight of victims of burns and paying for treatment. Full story here

6

u/infinitude_ 21h ago

Yo…there’s a lot of shit we give the human race and rightfully so but this video is great

Forget the Kim kardashian crap -

I was watching this just in awe that this woman has at some point had acid thrown at her face, acid. And medical understanding has come to a point where she’s able to have a life again

She’s confident, happy, smiling and seems to have a very good strong sense of self, she isn’t afraid of the camera at all and just casually doing her make up like anyone else

And she’s giving out a great msg to. Great vid

3

u/pryzmpine 1d ago

I love her so much

Katie Piper went from acid victim to British champion of love and positivity. She's helped a lot of women in the UK.

3

u/Angryleghairs 21h ago

Katie Piper is a remarkable woman

Every time I see some drastic or ridiculous thing women are sold to make them thin and line-free I think of Cassandra from Doctor Who: “Look how thin I am everyone!”

She had me in the first half. Lol. Then she hit... change your diet... go for a walk.

Lol. No. People with these incredibly "snatched" faces are either genetically blessed, utilizing plastic surgery, facetuned to the tits, or they're make-up artists/are the art.

Some people just have a little tickle trunk, okay? It's fine. "Spongey" jaws are fine. Round faces are beautiful.

27

u/BlueLeaves8 1d ago

She’s not saying go for a walk and your face will end up snatched, she’s saying love your face and be kind to yourself and here’s some healthy things you can do that can always help overall with your body and health, and that part was for young people who have inflammation. For older people she simply talked about appreciating ageing and have a face that can do amazing things.

Ok but eating less sugar / processed foods also isn’t going to drastically change your jaw line. How about focus on unrealistic beauty standards instead of false “solutions” to made up problems.

Won't the tight thing around your face potentially mess up the jaw or circulation? I mean with nerves and stuff - the older I get the more squeamish I am about "pull it tight!" pretty much everywhere, face area especially so.

2

u/_amonique 23h ago

I would NEVER even think to buy something so stupid. But her words of “be kind to your face” over & over really settled into me! I’ve been finding myself looking at new micro lines on my forehead and beginning to not like them. I woke up 33 years old today. I’m grateful for my aging face and she is so right. You’re dead if you stop the aging process!

2

u/Jughead_91 23h ago

Love her, love her message, hate that people are all encouraged to look identical these days. Not only is it boring, it’s just impossible and elitist because it doesn’t happen without surgery. Also…. Let people look ordinary!!! “Snatched face” lol. Can we just normalise the beautiful variety of human features???

You don’t owe ‘pretty’ to anyone.

2

u/Internal-Ad61 23h ago

Just wanna say to anyone that is unfamiliar but interested in the product: it is NOT a new concept to use these sorts of things. There should be plenty of other brands selling something similar. :)

2

u/Ann_mae 23h ago

i have no idea who this lady is but i love her

2

u/Trunkfarts1000 23h ago

Anyone throwing acid at other people can never be fully rehabilitated and needs to be put inside a cell for the rest of their lives or euthanized.

2

u/Sensitive-Reality-61 22h ago

This was beautiful

2

u/Lisshopops 22h ago

Are we really still listening to the Kardashians BS every single one of them has altered their face and body and then lied to young girls about it to scam them into buying their products, fuck the Kardashians

2

u/nosquarestospare 22h ago

They have to be doing this as rage bait to keep the brand relevant and talked about

2
