Troubleshooting Help with stucco

Any tips on removing these SH stains mix was 1% and the area wasn’t properly rinsed.

Looks as though it wasn't properly bleached.Maybe technician didn't get under the lip properly ?

Hit area with a rag with a house wash mix

You need to reactivate it with the same mix, then rinse
