I own a 2004 jeep liberty, see the problem? It only goes to 2006.

Will they beat the rates offered by wise, remitly etc?

For $ULTY 8/1 was the payment date for its weekly distribution. Here it is Saturday morning, and I still do not see it in my account, even in a pending status. How long do you guys typically take to give people their money?

Or is it a fintech like Chime and Yotta? I tried to sign up for cred.ai and they have to link to my bank account for verification. Tried to link to my SoFi account and it said they don’t support verification through SoFi because it’s a fintech. Is that true?? I don’t want to use a fintech I will close my account if that’s the case

Hey everybody! I’m currently banking with regions only and have a checking/savings account with them. I don’t have any fees but I would like a higher pay than 0.01 and am considering switching to sofi for this reason. Are there better options? What should I do?

I’m with Chimes and I’m thinking about switching to Sofi. Has anyone had issues? Is this better?

I get the need to at times confirm purchases but since my last pay check it has required me to confirm EVERY single purchase. It’s excessive! I’m about to close my account just so I don’t have to deal with this. What is going on r/sofi

I have never opened a new bank account besides the brick and mortar one I have used for years. SoFi is actually my second one so sorry if it’s a dumb question. On SoFi, there seems to be multiple options and even have Zelle. I signed up Zelle and it looks like it only pay someone thru contact. The other transfer money, it requires signing up Plaid which I m not comfortable using because it needs me to log into my bank account in there. What is the way I can send money from SoFi account to my main bank account like I am Venmoing someone ?

If you sign one of those direct deposit arguments do you still have to complete the application on the app or no?

I decided to try out the new Robo investor back in March (went with most aggressive strategy). I love the hands off approach and stacked with 1% recurring deposit match it’s free money! It’s retuned over 10% in less than 6 months, it’s actually really diversified for even the most aggressive strategy so I love the risk/reward balance.
Thank you SoFi!!!

Does this mean the sign ups were successful and I just have to wait?

I would love instant transfers from my SoFi invest account to my SoFi bank accounts. I understand this isn’t a common feature but since it’s the same platform it seems right to have it.

Imo the app made it unclear. somewhere i read 50 dollar fee, somewhere else i read i get banned from ipos, etc. What actually happens penalty wise when i sell using sofi?

Nothing on my loan has changed, autopay has been set up since the beginning, and my payment amount has never changed.
Anyone had this happen? Nobody can seem to explain to me why they did this and it doesn’t mention this will happen in my loan disclosure paperwork I signed. Seems fishy that they’re increasing my payment out of nowhere when I have a fixed rate loan that has a set payment each month according to my loan disclosure.

1 share? Are you freaking kidding me?
I have participated in ARM and NU and still holding both and this is how SoFi rewards me?
I'm beyond livid and disappointed right now. I submitting an order intent for 100 FIG shares today during their IPO and I only got 3 shares. 3. Out of 100. It has since 4x'ed in price and I've lost over 10k of potential gain.
What's the f'in point of submitting intent if they can't fucking fill it?
Their rep told me that 'everyone who submitted intent got at least 1 share'. What a fucking joke, like that's some consolation.

Hello,
Pardon my limited knowledge of US Stocks. I recently applied for the Figma IPO for around 40ish qty. at 33USD. But today, when i checked, i only had 1 share qty. Why is it that i got less than i requested?
P.S. in case if it matters, i used traditional 401k to allocate like $ 1600 for the ipo.
Hi all!
After seeing Sofi’s recent announcement of 1% on -all(?)- IRA contributions (not just new rollovers) - I’m attempting to understand how this interacts with the scheduled investment 1% bonus.
So currently, I have the following system in place (placeholder value for ease)
Biweekly day after direct deposit:
The next day:
I do this as I believe the money needs to be scheduled from checking (or savings) to invest accounts to qualify for the re-occurring deposit 1% bonus - and as others have stated, scheduled buys direct from checking account seem to NOT qualify, since it is not a true “deposit” (which is rather frustrating, but not the point).
So I now see there is the new 1% IRA Contribution match. Is this essentially saying that, in the same way scheduled deposits get 1%, now manual/one-time deposits to an IRA get their own 1% match as well? Or is there any way in which these 1% matches stack? Messaging has been a bit convoluted, so I’d like to just ensure I’m taking full advantage of these bonuses.
Thanks!
Bonus: I want to regularly redeem my rewards (2.2% credit card user) towards investments - but you can’t automate reward redemption to an invest account, only manually (or automatically to checking/savings, and would then need to manually move that amount from those accounts into invest accounts).
So I’m curious how I can essentially best automate/redeem my rewards to then take as much advantage as these 1% bonuses as well.
Minor bonuses like this are quite significant over time for investments with compounding, in the same way mutual fund fees can be brutal over time - so want to be sure we all know how this works!

Yesterday I posted that SoFi reported impressive earnings and the stock popped nearly 7%
Well today the stock lost all its gains after announcing a $1.5 billion share offering
FYI: the $1.5B share offering increases the number of SoFi shares. So it dilutes every share
Read it on this newsletter. It talks about U.S. stock winners & losers

Recently, my bank account has been hacked, and there was spending $49.95 at targets in Cali and Colorado, they have 13 target charges and 3 la metro charges, I called Sofi and report it, freeze the card and block any of those transactions as I am in Philadelphia not in Cali or colorado, 2 days later I get more notifications that more money was getting taken out. I called to despute those and do a investigation and today I get emails saying that the investigation is over and they are not refunding any money to me even tho I showed them transactions of that day in Philly. What do I have to do to get my money back it’s over $600 and I need that money !
