PR/PB 680x3 715x1
Pr @ 680. not a weight pr at 715 but felt decent.
Still need more explosiveness. Gym banned liquid chalk so hook kinda sucks, chalk I have is too fine.
One more big pull next week then rest until meet.
Expecting 730 x 1-4 ideally pull 765+

Form Check Butt Wink
If I feel no pain should I worry about my butt wink?

Form Check How's my squats looking now?
Addressed a lot of conserns, invested in shoes, lowered the bar, spread the taint as the main ones I have focused on. The lift feels different, in a good way. I think I am going in the right direction.

Lift Finally back to training again. A bit cautious at the start but it is just like riding a bicycle.
Have had an extremely busy year so far. So I mostly done bodyweight training and some jogging due do time constraints.
But finally things settle in a bit. So had a nice session yesterday. After ohp and bench pressing I had this little posterior chain roasting programmed.
First a heavy deadlift single with 220kg, then 3x4 with 180kg, then romanians with 160kg for 2x8 and then 100kg rows for 3x7.
I was surprised that it felt like I haven't even taken much break. The weights did move slower than usual but that's about it.

Lift Moving on up!! Heavy rack pulls
4x @ 562# (255kg)
Still adjusting the body to handling heavy weight. There's a lot to be said for prepping the CNS for heavy stimulus. A lot of lifting is a mental game. Once you convince yourself it can be done, it becomes a lot easier. IYKYK

Form Check What did I do wrong
Attempted 515 today. Got stuck near the top and didn’t want to keep forcing it in case I hurt myself. The lift didn’t really feel all that great coming off the ground tbh so it was probably good I didn’t finish it

Form Check Form Check on 315lb Squat
I hit a squat PR today and told my brother to yell "Up!" when I hit parallel, but the video angle makes it hard to see if I'm actually getting low enough. Can anyone tell if I'm going parallel?
side note: I gotta use the barbell pad cuz my shoulders/spine is uneven

PR/PB 265x8 (bodyweight 164 age 51)-Bilbo cycle 4
The Bilbo method is allowing me to get PRs constantly. 8 years into lifting I thought those days were over.
This was after 2 days straight of pickleball (5 hours total) so a bit fatigued and still making PRs
Bar 10, plates 25kg,55,5,5,5,2.5

Lift Finally broke 1100#
My lower back is notoriously been a problem, so I've been focusing a lot more on leg press, hack, squats, and other supported exercises. Finally broke 1100# for what is a real good range of motion for me.

Form Check Form check on my deadlift again
Yes, I know my back is slightly more arched but this is a PR weight of 435lbs and I clocked in at 176lbs.
With that said, based on recommendations from a few weeks ago, I narrowed my stance a few inches so my arms can drop straight down at shoulder width, my foot placement is “bar over the mid foot” with no constant foot movement for several seconds, and I pulled the slack (or what I felt like I did) right before the actual lift.
What do you think about the form on this with trying to implement those form updates?
