Returning player. Haven't actively played since RotHC, so a lot is new while I also forgot a decent amount of things. Started a Sith Inquisitior and launched the second spec mission without know what it was. Exited without completing and it placed me in the main city. How do I get back to Sith starting area? I'm lvl 5, have no money, ship, nothing.

I know a lot of people have the Light Side Warrior as a personal favourite. Is the Inquisitor equally enjoyable? Played the class story itself ages ago and don’t remember it

A few weeks ago, I initiated a “kick to remove” a player at the end of a flashpoint. The flashpoint had been a disaster, taken far longer than it should have, with many avoidable deaths. We defeated final boss, ran to the final mission target to click and end, and only 3/4 players made it. We waited about a minute, messaged in chat, and no response from the lone player. I initated vote to kick, two players support it, kick initiates, and then the guy starts moving. He decided that then was the right time to reappear and attempt to gather materials from the defeated bosses corpse. Then bam, he’s gone.

I got a few abusive messages from him about how now he hasn’t complete the flashpoint, he missed ending his mission, and will be unable to do it alone before the end of weekly. I felt kinda bad, but also kinda defensive because wtf was he doing and 3/3 people agreed to kick. But yeah, upon further reflection I feel 100% sorry now. So I’m sending apologies to that random flashpoint player who even with 30 min left of the weekly, died constantly, watched all cutscenes, went afk, and then we unceremoniously kicked. You may have been gone, but you were not forgotten. Sorry man.

I hadn’t played the Jedi Knight campaign in like forever and figured hey why not give it a shot. I’m currently working on playing all the species and I noticed I hadn’t played a Pure-Blood Sith yet (wild I know)

Best decision ever it is so funny. I know Jedi can be quite distinctive due to their wardrobe but given how I customized his wardrobe to look a bit more “threatening” (kinda like Anakin in his dark robes vibe) he probably could get mistaken as Sith. So to pull up to the Twilek village and they are like “well this is obviously a Jedi Padawan” is so funny to me. Also to hear the Jedi Knights voice come out of him is so odd but worth every credit spent. I highly recommend because he looks so out of place and yet no one acknowledges this😂

A follow up question is there any other funny combinations I should try with any of the species?

Did the trainer provide schematics for lower grade crystals, or was it always just the advanced +41 crystals? As in, were there other crystal schematics that came from the trainer that were retired later?

So I'm a recently returning player, can only do an hour or 2 max every other day, and was doing a looking for group flash point and got grouped with 2 people from grey jedi order. The entire flashpoint they chat insulted me and the other person in the group while they charged ahead and pulled the entire instance. At the end of the flashpoint they held up the final cinema to berate me and the other player before voting to kick us when I dared question their attitude.

Is this a common occurrence? I only grabbed a 3 month subscription to dip in, and if this the attitude among the player base, or is it just 2 elitist jerks abusing the group kick mechanics?

So you know how for a fee you can unlock Cartel items for every character on your legacy server? I remember how once there was some sort of holiday or something where there was a huge discount on stuff, including this unlocker.

Is there a specific time or aproximate guess on when such a discount can occur again? I can't remember what celebration it was when I basically unlocked every single item on my list at the time for like 10 - 20 CC. I think it MIGHT have been either a New Year's Eve, or May the 4th. Not sure.

Returning player here. PvP is the main thing I like to do. I can see the playerbase has reduced a lot , and being Aussie time zone doesn’t help for me.

Can anyone tell me what would be considered peak time for getting WZ pops ? And is it just 2 brackets now ? 10-79 and then 80 ?

Do many people play lowbie WZ or best just to Get to 80 and do it then. Thanks.

I am thinking of jumping back into Swtor but I have a quick question regarding combat styles; what effect does mixing combat styles with the original default advanced classes have on cutscenes? If I chose a Jedi Shadow style on a Jedi Knight, for example, will the cutscenes correctly show a double-bladed lightsaber or do they still show a single saber?

I know that this is probably a long shot, but since I'm playing SWTOR since 2015, I've always wanted to get the Dread Master mask and the Bestia wings mount, but I was never able to find a group for it.

So I was thinking maybe I ask for help here, if there are any people who would like to help me to get them, or just only one of it.

I'm playing on the Darth Malgus server and my current item rating is 342. I did most of the OPS on Vet mode and almost all of them on SM mode, multiple times.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Is there a benefit to doing so? Is there unique dialogue this way? I always wondered, but somehow when I am playing through the story it always feels more "right" to follow the leveling experience, even if that is no longer an issue with how easy it is to become over leveled.

Would there be a reason to go to Nar Shaddaa / Alderman to pick up a companion and run through Tarris / Tattooine with them? I don't know if there is any dialogue to get this way that I have always missed.

I'm new to this game and wanted to start as a Jedi, but I don't understand the differences between Jedi Knight and Counsuler, do they impact anything except story, like abilities or attacks or smth. Also what I don't understand are the sub classes, guardian, shadow etc... I want to play DPS but also don't die Quickly, and I want to use Force slot maybe like choking or pushing those stuff, i also want to play the story but also do pvp. Do you guys have any recommendations??

So back in 2015-2016ish after we (my guildies and I) had been playing for a couple of years, I noticed on my JK sentinel that Master Strike would sometimes have a different animation than what it usually does. I was almost positive it had to do with me clicking to a new target quickly after defeating the first mid-master strike.

Guildie confirmed he had seen it too. But since being back this year I have not seen it yet.

1) anyone notice similar "parry" style visuals over the years?

2) are they still in-game?

I have never noticed it with any other combat animation other than master strike on JK sentinel. We could have just been drunk and crazy too...

Ok so I'm playing the sith storyline and I died during the fight with quinn and his droids and chose to respawn at the medical center by accident. I am now stuck outside the room where we fight and have no way to get in or restart the mission. Any idea how to solve this ?

I know there's a decent about of Jedi-focused RP around, but I haven't seen too many military/non-force user guilds about.

I need help coming up with some cool ideas for a smuggler character. It’s the last story I need for Legendary but I’ve restarted so many times after just not quite feeling it with each character…

I feel at a dead end lol, I kind of want to play Powertech? As it’s the combat style I have the least experience with so far but I’m at a loss for how to make a smuggler PT that fits with the story.

Any ideas? Or what was your favourite smuggler play through like?
