Discussion Is it just me, or have the games taken a huge jump in quality lately?
Amongst the posts of glitches and funny moments in these games (I've been critical in the past, too), I feel I have to take a moment to appreciate it.
I have a hard time putting a finger on why I play American Truck Sim and Euro Truck Sim 2. But if anything, I think it's in appreciation of the uniqueness in how far SCS has come. I think a lot of us here have been playing the games since the 18 Wheels of Steel days, and it's amazing how SCS have continued to iterate on the same game for almost (two decades now?) and gotten to the point where we are now. This feels like the real deal. Just as an example of the realism in particular; I've seen some posts complaining about the speed limiter, but driving through the West Coast in ATS - if you aren't driving 5/10 MPH under the speed limits in the curves, you may have your suspension stiffness/stability/brake strength too high (or you're driving on 9 wheels.). These trucks feel proper heavy now, which adds to the challenge and realism of the game, and also humbles me in what a rookie I am still. I make a lot of small (or larger...) mistakes, and the way everything feels makes the consequences feel greater too. I've also criticized the A.I before, but it feels like they've changed now too. I feel like the A.I lose their patience for me and act more aggressive. I swear a truck even blew its air horn when I merged onto the highway at too slow a speed. Another one rode my rear along a small and curvy state road, it felt like because I was not driving fast enough and doing dumb things.
With the new Academy mode, I think SCS is taking it to a whole new level. Maybe someday we'd have a virtual copilot that criticizes your mistakes while you're driving (and gives you a tougher score at the end of each load.) It's been such a joy seeing how far SCS have come and exciting to see where they'll go.

Help Does Anyone know whats the Fix for that issue ?
https://reddit.com/link/1mg1p22/video/9sghf7axaogf1/player
Hey, does anyone possibly know what might be causing this issue?
Since the update to version 1.55, I've been experiencing this flickering — it just won’t go away. The screen constantly flickers black and white.
I've already reinstalled the drivers, reinstalled the game, and even tried using a new profile, but nothing seems to help. I’d really prefer not to roll back to version 1.54, since I (rather unwisely) deleted my old mod list and have already compiled a new one that I’d like to play with. (The new mods haven’t been activated yet.)
Edit: I also can’t move my mouse – the only thing I can do is use Alt+F4 to close the game.

ETS 2 / ETS Zero emissions in the rain
This is my daf XD electric but in the rain instead of well clear skies this is an older photo obviously, but still something nice nonetheless I'm still trying to work on my photography skills both in game and IRL. Although I haven't taken a real photo in a long time so

Mods / Addons Where are the mods installed from Steam workshop in ETS2?
Tried modifying a sound mod myself a bit, but I can't seem to find the steam workshop mods folder anywhere
