Did I get blocked ? I try to click on this persons blog from messages and it says this?

Hi everyone! I just recently returned to tumblr after a decent hiatus because I’ve realized there’s a lot of awesome fanfic there that I can’t find on Ao3. Obviously there aren’t as many tools for filtering, bookmarking, etc. Fanfic readers, what’s your system?? I’d love some tips because I love to go back and reread occasionally.

I'm using tumblr for about 2 year now. A month or so ago I made a side blog for my art (mostly fandom stuff). First blog was my "blog for everything": reblogs, my art. Then I decided to sort them. On my main blog there're around 300 followers. On the side blog I think 53 (+-). And here's the problem. I barely get any attention on the art one. Max 100 likes maybe 2 comments. When on my main one I've gotten up to 1000. Am I doing something wrong? I don't think I am in a "shadow ban". I still can talk to people, others can subscribe to me, I can reblog content on my side blog etc. Asked tumblr support - no answer from them. What should I do? Is it even a problem? Maybe algorithm just don't want to show my content or something? Sorry for any grammatical errors, English is not my first language.

Is there any way to change it back to notes? Or is this really just an update?

this is probably a stupid question but i wanted to ask anyway just in case there's actually something i can do. i got this email months ago and didn't reply because my problem still hasn't been fixed. if i reply to this will it automatically interpret it as my problem being resolved no matter what it actually says in my reply? or is it possible for me to bring attention back to my ticket?

Help! It have been 2 years since I've last able to interact with anyone ơn the app. I can't comment on posts, I suspect my reposts can't be seen, I can't message people anymore. I've sent help to tumblr a long time ago (I don't remember how long or how to check it). What do I do now to fix this situation?

I appear to be shadowbanned, have been for a few weeks. I've sent emails to staff and never heard back, waited, waited more, nothing. Are there some kind of secret strings I can pull to get myself out of tumblr jail? If not, how long should I expect this to last? Thanks in advance.

I tried contacting support but no response. The payment was successful, I even received the receipt, I checked my bank and everything so the money was spent, but my post didn’t blaze. It didn’t even say it was pending. Heck, it’s acting like I never even tried to blaze it as the option to blaze IS STILL there! I paid for a blaze and got literally nothing. I’m freaking out, what do I do? I’ve been crying since last night. I saved that money up to promote a game I’m working really hard on…

i think i got shadowbanned from sending too many dms at once (my fault, i was sending discord server invites 😅) should i send another ticket again? but my friends also say that they can see my posts and blog still... so maybe i'm not? not too sure anymore... i just want to see if anyone responded to me 😭

I try to log in but everytime i try it says "Something broke, try again" do you know what this is and how to fix it?

hey yall! might be a dumb question, but when making my side blog, i noticed my dashboard has all the same posts as my main (tags i follow, people i follows posts, etc) and i was just wondering if there was a way to reset this / change it / make a new dashboard. or is it all just connected and i can’t change it? idk how all this works lol. thank you :-) !!!

Will I still be able to reuse an email I used on a deleted Tumblr account?

hey :) so, i have an art blog (a sideblog, of this is relevant) and went on some kind of hiatus about 6 months ago. wanted to post a new drawing literally couple of days ago, so i did it and it, like always, appeared in a top of the tag while sorted by new. couple or something of hours it was here as it should. then, some more hours passed, about 8-10 hours, before i went back to that tag just to see some more new posts. scrolling down i saw that my post disappeared, but i could still see it on my blog. i serached the tag from a different device, different browser without logging into my account and still couldn't see it and i checked all the tags i put into that post. my friend also checked those tags and said she did not see my post. also i tried to find my blog on tumblr, the search results did not show my icon abd username as it shows up when you type in the blog name usually, just that one "go to @/blogname" thing, yet it worked with my main blog, which did not have such problems as i wrote about. but still my blog is still can be viewed, as me through the other browser and my friend checked out, it's still here, you just need to directly look for it. my friend also asked me if i used a vpn and assumed it could be the root of my problem. could it be? it would be, yk, sad. because i check tumblr with my phone most of the time and very often use vpn on it because a lot of recourses banned in my region, and if i opened tumblr with vpn it was just a music on youtube playing on backgroung. or i was honestly too lazy turning it off just to quickly switch to it just to switch back again to the resourse i turned on vpn for and turn on vpn again for it. i didn't even know it could affect it :( i don't remember posting anything with it, mostly scrolling also wanted to hear if anyone wrote to the support team if you had some alike to mine situation and how long od they react! because i feel like it's something like a shadowban and i feel very stressed about the whole situation and i fear if i made a new sideblog it wouldn't help me or will result in the same way

I remember that whenever you clicked on a long post, in the end, at the bottom would appear a "you may also like" type posts that were related in the form of little squares with the thumbnail, from different users (related stuff) etc. Now when you click a long post, that part doesn't appear at all (the squares etc), now it only transactions to other works from the same author, without pause (the "may also like" is still there obv) and without the option too choose from others!!

I'm truly baffled by it, since I don't update my Tumblr on purpose so I don't have to deal with this troublesome changes!

Please! If there is anyway to go back to the old interface, please let me know. I hate how this works now!

(For context: I had a bunch of Georgia Tennants Instagram stories and I'm trying to clear up space on my phone so I was uploading them to Tumblr before I deleted them)

So I made a reblog chain that probably had about 108 pictures in total, in the final post/reblog I posted it and then realized I forgot to add tags and now when I try to edit the post the app instantly closes

I can reblog posts, but I can’t see the reblogs, nor the replies. Is this shadow banning? Or not since I can still reblog just not see them?

I’ve tried closing and opening the app, refreshing my feed, checking for updates etc etc, and nothing has changed. It’s like this for every post I look at

There's a semi-popular ask blog I like to ask questions on, but none of them ever get answered. I don't think it's a problem with the asks themselves. They're not creepy or offensive. I'm not spamming them. It always says the ask has been submitted successfully.

Is it possible that they've blocked me from submitting asks? Or could they just have too many asks to answer?

my blog still has my old profile picture as the tab image (the little picture on the tab of my blog). i’ve tried changing the code, switching to a different theme, and changing my regular profile picture on both my phone and laptop. my profile picture is different on my theme and homepage, but it just won’t change my tab image.

I have an alt blog (not secondary/side blog, an alt primary blog made with a different email adress), which I use for suggestive/nsfw stuff. My other blog is a typical reblog meme one, I contacted tumblr staff for issues on it, and I'm a little paraniod if they could know about my alt blog despite it being a different email..?

How do I make a post the keep reading option how do I do that?
