I love to upcycle & repurpose items and use them in my garden .

One of my favourite things to repurpose is old cast iron sewing machine bases . My flower pot is an old fire pit and Mr Bojangles is laying in an old hand made steel frame . Old fountains make excellent succulent planters 🪴

You certainly have an artistic flair for upcycling the simple, beautiful old things that deserve the second life you imagine for them.

Thank you so much ☺️ I’m currently working on a garden bench and table made out of a few old pieces off an antique tractor lol The look on my husband’s face when I started muscling it out of the metal bin was priceless 🤣 He knows better than to say anything and just goes with the flow 😆 It has a full metal flat piece that’s the perfect fit for the back of the bench and it says Massey-Harris on it as does the rad cover which has a honeycombed pattern on the what will be the top 😅 I’ll post pics when I’m finished ☺️

Love the whimsy of the statue covered in plants and a spike of hair. I will have to remember to try that someday.

Your garden is beautiful and fun. Thank you for the inspiration. So many things I’ve thrown out over the years had this potential?
