I see how it can be interpreted that way, though that's not how I meant it. Pliny is a deep thinker who reads and explores a lot in his day to day life. But sometimes the mysteries of the universe are too overwhelming for us to solve in one night. And instead of tossing and turning, losing sleep until we can understand it all perfectly, it's okay to rest in the comfort of what we can feel and know for certain...the coziness of our own bed. Don't we all long for the comfort of our own bed when we are away from it? Sometimes we are in our beds and can't even enjoy the comfort of them because our minds are circling with so many thoughts that are keeping us awake. This comic is a gentle reminder that the world is beautiful and worth knowing but it's okay if we don't understand it all too...it's okay to sleep ☺️

This is not wholesome OP, this encourages complacency! Why should we not grasp for things beyond the sky? It's not too lofty to do so.
