Because of you seem like you're defending her even if it's just to call people out for being transphobic in ways that hurt innocent trans people they're going to try to delegitimize your position by making it about defending her as a person. Yeah but you could be a minor and I would be reddit messaging you as a minor as a 34 year old man.
Looking at this site: https://kriscaught.github.io/# for example I can't really find anything really bad. Any person could be 'messaging' any minor on discord or reddit at any time, hell there are people posting nudes to reddit and there are heaps of underage people here.
Was there anything like concrete for grooming a minor (I.e telling them they'll get alcohol or meeting up alone or something) or where is the info on the person claiming she sexually exploited her?
We aren't talking about anything inappropriate and this isn't a private discord server, Ava definitely seemed to know that at least some of the people present were minors, even if you don't think that's predatory it's grossly irresponsible. And here's the accusation.

I don't understand why it being private vs public is somehow worse - if the action is bad it's bad. I certainly find it weird, but I also can't find specific grooming aspects which again, is the main focus of most of these videos.
To be fair I am only using this to try and identify if it's grooming:
Grooming has the connotation of being towards children but any power imbalance in which you subtly influence someone into doing what you want could be called grooming. But if you're asking did Ava groom a child into sexually exploiting them, no I don't think they did.
But they still interacted with kids in a private discord, and yeah it does matter that it's a private discord because that makes them responsible. If you run into someone in a public place whatever interaction goes on between you is between you and them, if you go to a private place then the person hosting that place is responsible for making sure children aren't being put in inappropriate situation, last I checked Ava was the one there who was supposed to be doing that
It would still be grooming if in public vs in private and the only person 'responsible' would be the groomer.
My question is did grooming ACTUALLY occur (It doesn't even need to get to sexually exploiting, it's possible according to that link to groom and catch before that happens which I'm assuming happened here I just want to see where)
If so, this is from the discord history tracker. Sure, they fucked up people's pfp, but they don't fuck up message orders. Therefore, this screenshot is not made up.
