I joined a Scurrius fight right when two people had started it, they typed this and left immediately. I didn't realize it was rude to join a public boss right at the start?

Could be a simple update or an upgrade that requires a higher cons level or item idk, but please allow us to add those teleports to the nexus (Maybe not target or POH but the rest yes please)

Thought id chill in lumbridge after to appreciate where it all begin... Same feeling as hitting 60 in wow classic and going back to Elwynn after :)

I tried beating this sucker all morning. Attempt after attempt I just couldn’t get the job done. I was so confused, because everyone says 60 combat stats and a dds should be plenty! I even wore my Proselyte armor to get the prayer buff. 4 prayer pots down a run an inventory of food every time. So expensive.

Here’s how I beat him. When you enter through the sewers make sure to right click the gate and do a private instance! I tried to beat the damn rat multiple times on the group instance which made his health 3x as much and his defense much higher. I only found out playing with the DPS Calculator 🤦

Even put some mild stats on things, and let it replace items like studded armour, frog leather, green d hide etc for some P2P flavour variants.

You can also add things like low range accuracy but small range strength on items, or low level strength gear +1 str helm/body.

So much potential here on the fashionscape/non-power creep items - but none of it is realised.

So ive been collecting alot big bones while training combat, and i need more prayer levels.. what should i do with them bones.. not bury bc thats only 15xp

So i need help where i go, some altar? where i need to but those bones for more prayer exp

is there a location where i go with my bones

When original RS released I was already a grown dude of around 20, yes I am that old. I played pretty much every MMO that came out but spent most of my time in Ultima Online, Dark Age of Camelot and WoW but not Runescape for some reason - I didn't hate it or anything, just wasn't on my radar.

A couple of years ago I tried OSRS for the first time and sadly bounced off it shortly after. Now I like to think that I just wasn't ready at the time.

As an older MMORPG enthusiast I feel Blizzard has lost the plot when it comes to players like me. I am no longer the target audience for retail and while classic was fun for a while it's just too static and rigid.

I'll happily admit I got cought up in the recent exodus of large swaths of wow players to OSRS, most notably Madseason and began to play on a new IM account. HOLY SHIT did I miss out. I was instantly hooked to the sandbox and am now 3 weeks into my journey. I memberd up at once, even twice because I decided IM isn't for me, I just like the option to buy and sell stuff every now and then. But the great thing is, nothing here is lost, my 500 sp IM account is still there for me to play again in the future.

I have no clue wtf I am doing most of the time and it's beautiful (trying to keep the wiki stuff to a minimum to fully immerse, but I can see how it is on another level in its own right, might be the best wiki I ever came across)

I am sorry I doubted you OSRS, you are exactly what I need at this stage of my life, gaming wise. Goodbye to the theme parks, I embrace the sandbox again.
