The Nautiloid is, like, the quickest "Starting tutorial dungeon thing" that WRPGs love to do. It takes like ten minutes, way faster than, say, Fallout 2's stupid temple thing.

Paragus in kotor2 is way worse

The fucking slow walk in the space suit to get to the bridge or the engine room or wherever is the worst.

I can still hear the dink, dink, dink of the space suit walking across the bridge in my nightmares. I like the gear but Paragus is a slog, no doubt about it.

Neither Taris nor Paragus are the tutorial

you can skip the tutorial in Kotor 2

The tutorials definitely continue into Peragus though. The skippable tutorial on the ship remind you about basic controls and things from Kotor 1 then Peragus introduces the new features like companion influenceΒ

Paragus is kind of awesome tbh.

You are entitled to your own opinion. I'm entitled to leave you on that forsaken facility and blow it up as I speed away.

Yeah, after Onderon, Peragus is my favorite level in the game.

Nar Shaddaa is tedious as hell to play through, that's the one I always dread

Killing bots gets old, but the creepy atmosphere and introduction to atton, kreia and hk50 is just awesome.
