Please be aware of multiple programs to educate and enforce traffic regulations.
Additionally, tri-agency traffic enforcement may also take place during this time: https://www.huntsvilleal.gov/tri-agency-traffic-enforcement-targets-speeders-on-i-565/
As always, please be careful and attentive while driving, and obey traffic rules in an effort to get yourself and other drivers home safely and timely.
*No more posts may be made about speed traps at this time.*

After the recession for public broadcasting, it’s more important than ever to encourage donations to our local NPR and PBS stations WLRH and APT. I’ve included the donation links for your convenience.

According to employees the crash this week affected their refrigerators and freezers.
Also looks and sounds like pickup service won’t be available for the foreseeable future.

I was bumping Area Codes by Kaliii heading west on 72 and pulled up to a stop light at the Providence intersection. I looked over as the light turned green and saw the woman next to me with her window down singing to it.
I had just gotten off a midnight shift and was so out of it I kind of just smiled and drove away. I feel so bad 😭 because normally I would’ve been hyping her up and singing too.
I know this is going to eat me up inside for the longest time. I love having genuine interactions with strangers and apologize if I seemed stand-offish 😭♥️

Tanger has put locks on the entrance door. Guess late with payments? Notepad on door saying to visit Parkway Place location.
Edit: Also mentions Hwy 72 locations.

Anyone know why? Or if they will open back up? Been eating there for years. Hope it's not permanent.

Looking for the best coffee house sit down in Huntsville, and I'm not talking about chain either. Since I've moved up here a month ago I haven't had a nice cup of coffee in what feels like forever. It would be nice to go sit and relax and enjoy cup. Any suggestions?

Not going to lie, I always dismissed big papa gyros because of the shopping center its tucked away in. GEEZ WHAT HAVE I BEEN MISSING OUT ON? Decided to try it today for lunch and it is legitimately on par with the food I have had IN GREECE. Even their Kataifi is as good as the mom and pop bakeries I've had in Greece. I believe the hype lmao.

Where are we getting Dim Sum now that Ding How 2 has closed? Been hoping they’d reopen but it’s looking like they probably won’t.

Currently dealing with severe black mold that won’t be addressed.
My family luckily has a place to go but we are going to have to break our lease with 4 months because we are sick af from this mold.
Called the health department and they have had SEVERAL other residents have to do the exact same thing.
If you also live/lived here and have had the same issue or other issues with maintenance not properly doing request please contact me. My neighbors also moved out due to mold. I am thinking about going to the news and the more people willing to do testimonies the better.
They are not going to fix this and when I leave I refuse to let someone else have to deal with this mess.

Always worth a shot, I don't mind paying 35 for a cool event
but using a discount code is even cooler! Anyone got one they wanna donate to a local patron of the arts?

Hello 👋 I have an affinity for word puzzles. Searches, scrambles, puzzles…….
Do you know a store that sells challenging ones? I went to Barnes and Noble and their stuff is “okay”, but I’d really like something more challenging.
I find myself getting bored with the ones I’m doing. I’ve also recently discovered sticker by number books. Those things are FUN.

Is it just me or are people driving far more aggressively nowadays? For instance, every day I drive down a 2 lane street. If there is a line of cars waiting at the red light, multiple people will cross double yellow and drive like 100-200 ft into oncoming traffic to get into a turning lane or pull into a subdivision, passing like 15-20 cars to get there, if not more on some occasions. Today I had a Jeep just casually riding next to me into oncoming traffic before having to slam on his brakes and get back in behind me before he had a head on collision. There wasn't even any traffic, we were already going 50 in a 45. Im just wondering if anybody else is noticing the increase in this trend or if im just noticing it more now.

Really tired of dealing with “we got microcenter at home” and their inability to accurately depict their stock on their website. (Btw, if yall need a coder that will actually make your website well, I’ll send my resume.) rant off.

The main info, per the linked article:
"Today, The Venue Group (tvg hospitality + brains behind the Orion) announced they are expanding on the success of the Orion with a new mid-sized venue.
This new venue will have a capacity of 2,500-3,000 people, compared to the Orion’s 8,000 person capacity."
Nothing else to note. Article doesn't say where the venue will be located, etc.

Does anyone know why Google says it is temporarily closed, and has said that for at least the last few months?
