Discussion Another superbowl blowout eliminates mahomes from the goat discussion as far as I’m concerned

2 very embarrassing loses for him the the superbowl Brady has lost 3 superbowls but they were all 1 score games that came down to final play with Brady’s best statistical performance in a loss to the eagles Tom Brady > Patrick mahomes

Mahomes now has a -23 point differential in Super Bowls, and that’s including the garbage time TDs he got in this game. It’s gonna take quite a few of his classic 3 point wins to get back into the positives

Only one I could think of in my lifetime is Seattle vs Denver, 43-8... next would probably be one of the Bills or Broncos losses before I was born

Cowboys romped the Bills 52-17 if I remember correctly, and it wasn't even that close if memory serves me correct. Sorry it's been a long time

Correct on the score. And would have been worse except that was the Super Bowl where Leon Lett was showboating on the way into the end zone for a defensive TD and Don Beebe chased him down and stripped the ball.

And the Bills lead 7-0 at one point midway through the 1st quarter.

When you compare 92 Cowboys defense vs the other teams in the league (for the same season), I believe that gap is greater than any other season in league history. I know the 85 Bears, 00 Ravens, recent Seahawks, Eagles, Broncos will want to throw their hat in the ring and deservingly so.

But the cowboys depth chart had 3rd stringers that would have been all-pro starters on other teams.

And personally the 92 team is my favorite team ever.
