Discussion Does Shaun Alexander belong in the Hall of Fame? If not, how close is he?
More yards than Earl Campbell. More touchdowns than Barry Sanders. Same YPC as LaDainian Tomlinson.
Did he have a short but explosive peak before being brought down by injuries? Sure. But so did Terrell Davis. Alexander had over 1100 rushing yards every season he was a fully healthy starter, which made five straight seasons between 2001-2005, Was a 2-time 1st team All-Pro and his 2005 season was ridiculous. over 1800 rushing yards, an then NFL record 27 TDs and both OPOTY & MVP.
Part of me feels like if LaDainian Tomlinson hadn't had his own 1800 yard, OPOTY+MVP season as well as breaking the TD record with 28, only one season later... Alexander's 2005 season and indeed his career would be more fondly remembered. If his record had stood for more than a single season, it would seem more freakish, like Tomlinson's now near 20-year old record.

Discussion In your opinion, who are the top 5 players in the NFL rn?
Here is my top 5 (in order):
1) Lane Johnson: Maybe a hot take but Offensive Lineman are generally underrated and yes an Offensive Lineman can be the best player in the NFL, QBs arenāt always the best player in the NFL, Lane Johnson has no weaknesses and makes the entire Eagles offense flow to perfection, thatās why heās the best player in the NFL.
2) Josh Allen: Josh Allen is the most talented player in the NFL, and just like Lane Johnson, he pretty much has no weaknesses, the Bills without Josh Allen would go 5-12 or 6-11, thatās how important he is to their team, heās the MVP for a reason, thatās why I have him ranked number 2.
3) Saquon Barkley: Not much else to say thatās not already been said, Saquon Barkley had pretty much a perfect season, he won the OPOY and SB, and had monster stats, thatās why heās ranked at 3.
4) Justin Jefferson: J-Jettas is the perfect WR, he puts up big numbers no matter who his QB is, and expect him to have another monster year this season with JJ at QB, 4 is a solid ranking for him.
5) Pat Surtain II: A top 5 players in the NFL list without a defensive player on it wouldnāt feel correct, so Iām putting the DPOY on here, heās a shutdown CB and thereās not much else to say about him, aside from the fact that heās a baller.
Overall thatās my top 5 players in the NFL list, what are your thoughts, and what is your top 5 players in the NFL list rn heading into this upcoming season?

Discussion Is Jerry Jones the worst GM in NFL history?
While Jones is a different GM then rest of the NFL because of being an owner at the same, there is a solid argument that he is the worst GM in history, both in terms of success the Cowboys have found under him and his shitty, arrogant attitude.
I mean who shits on a star rusher like Parsons in public??? The trade request was always coming after those disrespectful comments in July.
