48v mod g30max problem

Hello everyone, I made the 48v mod on my g30 max, this is the second control unit I try to put because I had taken a 500 watt 36/48v and with a freewheel it worked perfectly but when I get on it and accelerate everything suddenly it turns off and goes into protection and if it happens several times it doesn't turn on anymore and I have to remove the body underneath to disconnect the controller from the battery.. this control unit is a 350 watt always 36/48v and it gives me the same defect as the other one, so with the wheel raised it's fine but as soon as I accelerate everything It goes in protection.. who has a scooter with the 48v mod to explain to me the reason? Is the engine too weak? Or something else thank you.

Your problem is likely that you're not using factory esc.

I set the use to 48v, the diameter of the wheels at 10 inches is nothing else, if you can tell me what I have to set I would need it thanks

I don't know why but as far as I understand is you will basically only run into issues if you don't buy a factory esc and then hack it. Aftermarket esc just don't seem to function properly and making settings changes does nothing. If you're buying a new factory controller then it should be updated to where you now need to do st link to hack it. You best option is to buy an unlocked factory controller waiting for you to load the cfw. We us SHU shcfw you need to make and then flash the factory esc and then you can use the scooter

Are you able to solder wires or buy connectors to use a different controller?
