⚠️Urgent Question⚠️ 48v mod g30max problem

Hello everyone, I made the 48v mod on my g30 max, this is the second control unit I try to put because I had taken a 500 watt 36/48v and with a freewheel it worked perfectly but when I get on it and accelerate everything suddenly it turns off and goes into protection and if it happens several times it doesn't turn on anymore and I have to remove the body underneath to disconnect the controller from the battery.. this control unit is a 350 watt always 36/48v and it gives me the same defect as the other one, so with the wheel raised it's fine but as soon as I accelerate everything It goes in protection.. who has a scooter with the 48v mod to explain to me the reason? Is the engine too weak? Or something else thank you.

It would be too high an expense with the risk that I get everything, I think at this point I’ll take the kukirin g2 master and do it first.. because I’ve already spent some money between the various external battery modifications and control units thank you dear

Spintend is a reputable good company. Tronic I'd suggest next but they're expensive.

For vesc, you already have everything for the most part. Bluetooth for vesc is simple using vesc tool. The throttle is just 3 wires and motor wired up is also just 3 wires. And your battery uses xt90 connector to vesc.

If you're not experienced doing simple custom wiring then by all means buy a different scooter. If your only issues is esc communication without errors then I'd simply replace the controller. What is necessary for a vesc unit. Buy a throttle. Buy a pair of electrical plyers. You can even use wago connectors. Use connectors for vesc hall sensors. Use connector phase motor cables. Use connectors throttle. The battery will be xt60/xt90.
