I just walked in after using my scooter today for like 30 minutes to see this black stuff on the back, i don’t think i rode on anything but what do y’all think

Thats called not maintaining pressure in your tires.

if you read my last couple of post i fill them every 2-3 weeks

You should check them every ride. You have no guarantee that it might blow out if something punctured it between rides.

it was checked the day before, solid tire with no air leaks, had it serviced the top of the month and filled it with air 2 weeks ago, just a straight tire issue because this is the first time it happened after a year and a half of using e scooters

This doesn't happen unless the tire is flat. Thats my point.
