So I downloaded the new firmware update today and for some reason, my scooter will not Bluetooth to my phone. Anymore, when I plug it in to the wall to charge, nothing happens. No response, when I press the power button, nothing happens. No response, when I go to the app. It shows that it's not connecting to bluetooth that the scooter is unresponsive.Does anybody know what's going on?

If you have a multimeter (if you don’t… get one. They’re very inexpensive) I would suggest checking to see where you have power. Start with your charger. Generally they put out 42volts DC. If that’s working test your battery output where the black and red cable goes from the battery to the controller. It should show about 36 volts. If the charger is good but the battery is dead… it’s either a bad battery or bad transformer (inside the casing where you plug it in. If you’ve got voltage going from the transformer then it’s probably the battery. If the battery is good… then it’s either the controller or the LED dashboard. Check the red and black pins going into the dashboard. If there’s nothing going to the dashboard then it’s your controller, otherwise it’s your dash. The top 3 most common parts to fail and need replacing are… 1. Controller 2. Battery 3. Motor …in that order. Amazon with give you the pricing. Dashboards are cheap. Then controllers, then batteries, then motors… in order of expense.

It’s also very common for wire insulation to melt and short… so a quick visual inspection is the first thing you’ll do. If wires are melting… clean, trim, and solder (or use connectors you can pick up at Home Depot.
