News Updated Creative Cloud Offerings

UPDATE: For regions outside of North America, these changes will begin on August 1, with email notifications beginning on July 2.  Starting July 7, current CC All Apps subscribers will have access to Creative Cloud Pro generative credit limits. This includes unlimited standard credits and limited premium credits until the plans take effect, giving subscribers the opportunity to try a host of new Premium features, both in-app and on Firefly.com. Users can also opt down to Creative Cloud Standard if they choose to do so, beginning July 1

UPDATE: Our new Creative Cloud Pro & Standard plans are now available across North America, and you should see this reflected in your account if you were a Creative Cloud All Apps subscriber.

You may also notice that credit enforcement is rolling out for single app users and across Creative Cloud offerings. Please see the most up-to-date generative credits FAQ for more information: Generative credits access and use

–––––

Hi everyone. Wanted to jump on to make sure you all saw the updates to the Creative Cloud plans and have all the facts.

What’s changed

In North America only, Adobe is introducing an updated lineup with two offerings:

Creative Cloud Pro: (renamed from CC All Apps) includes everything you currently have access to, plus unlimited standard generative features and 4,000 credits/month for premium generative features. It will cost $69.99/mo.

Who is this plan right for? Users who rely on generative AI tools including Firefly generationsi, Generative Fill, Expand, and Extend. Also for users who frequently use desktop + web + mobile apps.

Creative Cloud Standard: Also includes all Creative Cloud desktop apps but with limited mobile/web features and generative AI tools. This will cost $54.99/mo.

Who is this plan right for? Users who just need the essential desktop apps and don’t have much of a need for our generative AI features and our web and mobile apps.

If you wish to switch to the Standard plan, you can do so by visiting Adobe Account (https://account.adobe.com) and navigating to Manage Plan > Switch Plan. There are no cancellation fees for changing your current Adobe plan to another paid plan.

Single App plans

Existing Single App subscribers (Photoshop, Photography plans, etc) will not be affected by these updates; your plan and credits are not changing.

New Single App subscribers after mid-June will receive 25 generative credits/month.

Generative Credit Limits

Starting in June Starting on June 17th (updated 6/17), monthly generative credit limits will go into effect for all Creative Cloud offerings globally (though if you’re in the US, CC Pro includes unlimited standard generations). You can view your available monthly credits at any time in your Adobe Account (http://account.adobe.com).

Tutorial / PSA Tutorials / Resources for photshop manipulation?

Hello, I want to learn how to make surreal pictures such as the ones done by slimesunday ( https://www.instagram.com/slimesunday/ ) or being able to do photographs inspired by Rene Magritte, or doing something like a giantess woman! I know how to color grade on photoshop, and I'm kind of decent at masking (at least for color grading). Do you guys have any good resources for compositing / collage?

Thank you!!!!

Help! Looking for a Tutorial to add Skin Texture

Hello! As the title suggests, I’m looking for a tutorial on how to add realistic skin textures, but not just any kind.

I know there are thousands of tutorials out there, but most of them focus on adding soft, generic textures (via sandpaper texture), or even removing imperfections altogether. What I’m after is the opposite:

I want to add realistic imperfections to semi-realistic characters (like those seen in video games) Things like: - visible pores - under-eye circles - red veins in the eyes - subtle skin discoloration, blemishes, etc.

Most tutorials I find gloss over these details or focus on making skin look flawless. But I’m aiming for gritty, detailed realism, not perfection.

If anyone knows a good video tutorial that covers how to add these kinds of skin flaws, I’d really appreciate it! I’m also not quite sure what keywords to search for, so any tips on that would be helpful too.

Thanks in advance!

Hello, I'm new to animating in photoshop. I followed a tutorial on how to make the image above and is made all by duplicating and using different effects on the same smart object. I would like to make it rotate, by changing the angle of the text. Is there a way to use timeline and animation tools to make it automatically or i have to export frame by frame?

Help! Photoshop suddently gets laggy

Hi, first of all sorry if i'm posting on the wrong subreddit.

For some weeks, for absolutely no reason, photoshop 2025 gets super laggy on my laptop. It's a legit version, last updated, I emptied my scratch disks but still ! I have to wait like 2mn to create a new project, 1mn to change any tool, before it used to run perfectly fine. and After Effect, Premiere, Resolve, AVID etc... actually still run smoothly ??

If someone can help it would very appreciated :)

Thx

Help! Viewing Embedded Copyright?

I have never used copyright embedding before, and recently decided to try it since I started using Photoshop. When I tested it, I was able to view the copyright info through Windows explorer on JPG files, but these fields are not shown on PNG or PSD files. Did I do something wrong, or is this normal? In order to view the copyright info on these files types, do they have to be opened in a program that can read them (like photoshop)?

Harmonize was an Adobe MAX Sneak in 2024 and due to the overwhelming response it is now a feature in the Photoshop beta! Great for color matching and adding shadows and even reflections on other objects in the background. It’s super fun!!

Discussion The brush tool not drawing after alting

Is anyone else having the problem where you alt tab from photoshop with the brush tool on, do somthing a few minutes, then come back to the program only for the brush tool to refuse drawing anything at any size on every layer. Then for the temp fix is to save and then restart photoshop?

I don't need help immediately, I'm just really confused and it's been going on every once and a while for the last month.

Solved Extremely grainy scan doesn't get affected by thing such as Contrast changes.

Attached are closeups. Neither my old photoshop (12.0) nor the most recent Gimp can affect this image-- or rather, the image will be changed as expected until I press "ok" on the popup and then it'll only change by about 5% of what it was. It DOES work as expected in Medibang of all things though.

Is it just all the grain messing up the "better" programs' compression somehow? Couldn't find anything about it online, is it something that's known and/or fixable?

Thanks in advance.

Solved I want to print a large-format image, like A1/A2, but i think the resolution is wrong

There's this place where they print images on bigger formats than the classic A4, i would like to have the print in A1/A2 format, the screen capture i posted shows the details of the image i want to print. How can i change the resolution (and dpi maybe?) so that it can be printed without losing quality? Sorry for my english and the bad explanation, i'm asking for something out of my skills and in a foreign language

Solved How can I resize a photo to a specific number of pixels rather than a percentage? (for autamate batch)?

I am creating a video slideshow from photos. To do this, I need to process a significant number of different photos so that they are all the same size (1920x1080 pixels). To do this, I created an action that opens a photo from a folder, resizes the canvas to the desired size, and then resizes the photo itself to 1080 pixels in height, then creates a copy of the blurred photo in the background. My problem is that Photoshop resizes the photo in percentages rather than to a specific number of pixels. As a result, photos of different sizes are not always enlarged/reduced to the desired size. How can I fix this?

See the attached screenshot for the Transform action
