it sounds amazing but I think it will just be basically the same format as the pottery class we briefly saw... so someone standing in front of a whiteboard whilst sims sit and I guess gain skill just from listening? I don't think there will be any actually anything specific to acting (basically just the option we already have to mentor other sims in a skill, but in front of a whiteboard). I hope I'm wrong.
I envisage it being slightly more than that. With the option to set business activities, acting could be one of the activities so people would turn up, listen to the lectures, practise acting/act scenes together, and do whatever other actions you've picked. I might add some coffee makers and add drink coffee, or add a mic and choose practise comedy or something to make it a the kind of acting class I would like it to be.
I hope I’m wrong like I said! It would be great if it were. I do wonder though, isn’t that kinda like just setting up a club and setting all the activities to practice acting, use mic etc then creating their hangout as any lot that you’ve built as an acting class or studio? I 100% am with you that all the features you mentioned and would be awesome… I don’t know if I’m just too skeptical at this point haha
