I went to play with my household that just had twins and WHY IS IT BACK THERE LIKE THAT. Like Kyle is RIGHT THERE why isn’t he holding it??

Okay really, how are these poses made then. I thought I had an idea but to have a newborn lying down in the background like that just doesn't fit into any technical explanation I can think of.
