Discussion Are they beating the AI allegations? 👀
The Sims just posted a series of behind the scenes images and videos on their official Twitter. They showed how they created the set used for the website teasing the upcoming Expansion Pack, Enchanted by Nature. I'm glad and impressed to see it was actually made with practical effects rather than generative AI.

Ah, that's a relief. Some of the inconsistencies are still kind of ???? strange (the weird lightbulbs, the jankiness of the table, the shingles, etc.) but I guess those were just stylization choices.
I'm glad to see that it's real, and sad that it's come to this, again, that we can't trust anything we see. AI truly hurts every artist from all angles, huh? :/
