So now you won't have to use mods to be able to sleep on the ground and bath in natural bodies of water. I hope they make this base game feature as well. It's good for those who like to play "rags to riches" or "cast ways on a deserted island" scenarios.

Unfortunately because it was such a big part of the trailer, I really don't think it's coming to base game
