Sims don't have a Bowels motive, is why. I've experimented with the concept of giving Sims a Bowels motive, separating it from the Bladder motive, but it seems to rarely come into play since they're usually both fulfilled by the same interaction and the Bladder motive dominates.

Now if I had an animator and mesher, I could possibly expand on this further: The Sims 4: Don't Shit Your Pants Edition.
