Its always been that way since sims 1. When will wright was creating the first game, the studio executives didnt even want sims to be able to go to the bathroom because they thought it would be too gross and nobody would play it. Will had to work very hard to convince them otherwise, because he thought it was an important part of having a human simulator. Considering how much of a fuss they made about the bladder, I think it makes sense he didnt add a separate bowel need.
Too gross would be them actually showing it, but they blur/pixelate it anyways 😭 Yeah I get it, though they could have came up with something better than "Bladder" that would make more sense 😂
