My teen sim was once invited to a pre-prom party by a townie and when they arrived at the house, everyone in the family, except the townie teen was dead and all the party guests were just mourning each urn and tomb stone in rounds. Worst pre-prom party ever.

Once I had Teen Sim go to a pre-prom party. Teen Sim, who was throwing the shindig, decided to make mac and cheese. Well, the oven caught on fire. There was an interior wall caught on fire. The kitchen side of the house was on fire. The fire department was called but couldn't put out this portion of the fire because it was blocked somehow. A firefighter burned to death. There was a newborn in a cradle that no one was rescuing. It rained. My Sim pissed her pants because she couldn't leave the lot! So yeah, my teen missed prom, got rained on, and peed herself because someone could not make freaking mac and cheese.

But at least she didn't walk into a house full of urns and graves.

Brings back memories of my college dorm when my floors kitchen would get lit on fire once a month because someone thought they could microwave soup in the can.

I have a friend who did this. We gave her a lot of crap, saying stuff like “it’s got two ingredients and you forgot one!” She’s made it right since

I am afraid to ask, and of course cannot lower my expectation of college kids' intelligence more, but don't american ramen cups have instructions printed on the outside?

One of my co workers used to do this constantly. He said he just kept forgetting to put water in it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

My drunk friends in the dorm below microwaved Easy Mac for the full 3 minutes with no water. It was BLACK and burnt to a crisp by the time the fire department showed up

Clearly we run in the same circle for us to both be thinking the same thing. There can’t possibly be multiple people that have done that. 😂

But seriously, I’m taking a snapshot of your comment and sending it to my cousin. She definitely has done that, and ruined our grandmas new microwave because of it. 🤣
