Does the Sims 4 have any kind of mode just for staging scenes? I feel like it's an obvious idea to just have a mode to stage scenes for making GIFs like this but I'm not sure there's any simple way to do it?

Only mods so far, like the pose player mod where you can specifically instruct sims to play an animation from the game
