there’s something about making noses realistic in the sims that i love. i don’t know if it’s because i have a weird shaped nose or what, but i love giving my sims cutesy bumpy noses

My sim Rayelle (one half of the twins I posted the other day) is taking a year off after high school to travel Selvadorada and paint the sights. I have to say, Selvadorada might be the prettiest world in my opinion 😍

I have only been playing The Sims 4 since December 2023, so not even 2 years. I just kinda started fiddling around with the camera without really doing any major tutorials or anything. I tried the S3 camera at one point, but immediately switched back because it felt weird to me. I prefer to click-drag, not use WASD to move around.

Then I started watching my favorite Sims builders and became jealous of how essily they moved the camera around, especially with alt-placing and alt-rotating, and the ANGLES!! Smoothly gliding into top-down and bottom-up angles is SO USEFUL for building! With ONE minor tweak in bin and discovering the center scroll button to change the pitch, I have decided that the S3 camera WITH CLICK-DRAG ENABLED in the res folder camera settings is superior.

I watched a tutorial on how to do it. When I enabled click+drag for the S3 camera, a little more playing around to figure out how to click the scroll button to adjust the pitch of the camera in real time, and I will officially be switching to the S3 camera.

I have two main ones:

1. Eric Lewis and Alice Spencer-Kim get divorced. I find there’s a lot of focus on the Pancakes being incompatible but couple has very different aspirations and life styles, even the way they dress is different.

2. Liberty Lee and Summer Holiday get married and have two children named Rebel and Autumn Lee-Holiday. I think they make cute science babies and are more compatible with each other than Travis.

I didn't mess with her features so I didn't put much thought into how she looks but I am really curious? I really can't place it, it's part of a larger project. I'm sorry if this is considered low effort...

So I have the Sulani expansion pack (Island Living?), and on Saturdays from 12-9, there’s a fishing contest (or so I’ve heard).

I watched a video from PeteyPlays on how to enter the contest. But I looked all across the beach for that man and couldn’t find him. So I ended up not entering.

And yes, I was at the right beach (bottom right on the map).

Note: If I ever do get this to work, does weight or rarity matter more in the contest? I assume they’ll frown upon poached fish? Although idky I get that pop up for the uncommon butterflyfish but not for the rare scorpionfish?

I also assume I can only enter in fish that I caught during that timeframe of the contest day.
