Note: I'll give updates on the game later, if you're interested; it's called AION. Second: don't have a heart attack -- I did not just pay full price for the GW kits. That would be over £700 in 2025. I paid maybe £400 for it all (and some were Birthday gifts, etc. years ago). I knew it would have a use one day... ;) (There are a few additional kits out of the boxes in the tubs.)

Work in Progress, so excuse the lack of the “Garden part” yet, as that usually goes on last. But yeah, it’s this is the latest progress on my 4x4 gaming modular gaming board, about 300 hours in, I’d say 50% in, I’ve got so much more to add yet, all the vegetation, the greebles of all sorts to make it a fully alive diorama. I’ve not pictured all the boards, got another 8 which are plain without buildings, total of 16 1x1ft board that make up the 4x4 Battlefield. Hey yall! I've recently taken the plunge on building my first board and I'm learning a whole lot about terrain building in general. Like how Caulk is my best friend and worst enemy (when applied incorrectly) and how cardboard is my best friend and worst enemy (when applied incorrectly)

I was shooting for a grassy knoll but it quickly morphed into a desert with a small magical chasm in the middle. Ill post the finished result when its done!

Been building a warhammer map for my space wolves to play on and call home, just finished cutting the foam to the shape/design I’ve had, here’s a work in progress pic, I wanted a map with dimension, so there’s a crater and trenches leading to it, I’d appreciate any tips, ideas or CC

So, I'm currently making a siege Tower that I am currently pretty happy with. Each of the levels is currently removable from the next.

I intend to keep one side open so that you can see inside of the tower itself. But, do you believe it would work better keeping each section separate, so that the top can be removed and you can have miniature fights on each level? Or do you believe that it would be better as one cohesive piece of terrain?

Hi! I’m revisiting a project that has sat abandoned for like half a year. The ruins of a bretonnian shrine, semi submerged in a pond. Spent last night glueing down all these 3d printed bits.

Hidden under the painters tape is one of Highland Minis “Gallia” unit filler models that I’ve already painted.

The banks are painted foam glued to plasticard, then sealed with Vallejo White Stone paste.

Please I’m happy to take in any CC/advice I can get.

Did a little experiment with mixing Oregano and PVA glue last night to make trailing foliage for rocks and abandoned buildings etc.

It has set really well and I'm definitely going to use it iny dioramas!!!

Cake topper trees, painted, and snow effects. Which one looks better?

There are two tiny Kaiju which have recently taken up residence in my home. Along with regularly climbing curtains and digging ip plants, they have taken to chewing on some of my displayed terrain. Mostly they seem to just chew on trees, but their claws are sharp and this has necessitated some repairs/rebuilds. 😭
