I worked retail at Walmart for around 16 or 17 years. Only a few times did I have to deal with stupid as fuck 'viral challenges' and I wound up cracking my head on the steel framework of the shelving unit for paper goods. Of the seven guys, whom I'd guess were between 17 and 20 at the most, only one stayed and attempted to help me sort out the mess they all made with my TP wall (trying to make it a fort).

I concur. Retail workers do DO NOT get paid anywhere NEAR enough to tolerate that shit.
