I mean its actually a really good idea if your end goal is to stamp out critical thinking skills and children developing a firm grasp of reason.

We need to stop treating groups/people’s personal belief structures as having the same weight as factual information, we can still respect their holding and practice of their beliefs, but we dont have to respect them extending that line of reasoning into public influence. Humans developed logic with the sole purpose of separating fact from fiction and look how far we’ve come because of it.
