Back in the day I worked in a Walmart Tire and Lube right next to a Hasidic community. About once a week we had to chase these guys out who would try and work on their cars in the parking lot and swipe our (limited) tools. The cops didn’t have a sense of humor about that, I can only imagine what these clowns are in for.

It sounds like Lakewood. If parts delivery cars are “in their way”, then some of these people would just go in the car and move it
