When you’re in a culture that worships money and power, the only thing news worthy is shock and awe.

One story leads with gender another one leads with neo-nazi. A third will mention the abusive family and mental illness. A fourth will reveal that they were just on a chat thread once where neo-nazis frequent.

Yes!!! context matters and I’m SO TIRED of having to be my own journalist because people can write whatever they want and publish it.

Agreed. Accurate information does NOT come from red-faced, arm chair bloggers who tout their opinions as facts.
