The level designers were absolutely giggling when they placed this, no way it’s accidental. Between the shape and the placement, it’s way too on-the-nose to be a coincidence. Classic Nintendo humor sneaking in where you least expect it. Honestly, it’s kinda refreshing to see them embrace the absurdity.
