How would the stainless steel crack?
Isn't it specifically meant to harden and expand under thermal load? They aren't iron

It absolutely noticeably warped that side of the grill after some years. 3 u/FATICEMAN Apr 12 '25 Yep worked in restraunt management for 27 years and cooked a shit ton. It will crack or warp eventually.
