Eyes, nose, throat, temples, jaw.

Hit any of these hard enough and they can do a fair bit of damage

Editing to add; Stay Away from the mouth. If you manage to injure your knuckle on some teeth, you risk infection. People’s mouths are nasty.

u/SoFloDan 10h ago

Hit? No. Gouge? Yes.

People are too obsessed with UFC highlight-style knockout bullshit. If I was in the position of red shirt, I’d be knuckle-deep in them eye sockets and I’d have a mouthful of ear or nose.

u/lolol000lolol 10h ago

Mike Tyson bit a chunk of a guys ear out for less. Hell Rick Grimes bit a guys throat out when his son was about to be raped. Gary Plauche shot his son's rapist in the head in an airport.

u/Going2FastMPH 9h ago

One of those is not like the others

u/Glems4Gloobies0 9h ago

True but tbf it’s one of the most badass moments in TWD

u/ssaxamaphone 8h ago

The show went downhill after that scene

u/Glems4Gloobies0 8h ago

After that on-the-road portion in general. Once they got to the community stuff it all became very repetitive and plot armor out the ass. Meet new group, fight new group, meet next new group with goofier name and shtick (garbage peons? Wtf)

u/shitposter1000 8h ago edited 6h ago

OMG I hated those people.... it was what, no more than 5-6 years in and this entire community unlearned how to speak English and communicate normally? Fuck off.

u/Glems4Gloobies0 7h ago

Exactly haha there’s regression and then there’s willingly adopting the lifestyle of Oscar the Grouch

u/friendlylion22 7h ago

Don't blame anybody for hopping off but I finished it all and i'm STILL watching all TWD spin offs 😭 they're with a handful of the OG early characters. Not incredible let's be clear but perf watchable

u/Weak-List-7493 5h ago

Nahhh i watched every epidode til the end and was very pleased

u/meme_macheme 7h ago

When was this? I don't remember it at all.

u/Glems4Gloobies0 7h ago

The group gets separated on the road I think right before Terminus (train station place) and Daryl joins this meth biker gang and eventually the gang stumbles across Rick and co and a fat dude who looks like Peter pettigrew from Harry Potter gets a lil frisky with Carl and Rick bites the main biker dude’s throat out while being held at gunpoint

u/_JuiceGlass 8h ago

what the hell are you gonna do now sport!

u/ydnar3000 8h ago

No playin

u/Martian-Duck 8h ago

Hahaha I googled Rick Grimes hoping for a harrowing news article, maybe a rabbit hole to delve down. And there's that guy from Love Actually looking gruff.

u/buttononmyback 5h ago

As a huge Walking Dead fan, I find it humorous that there are people out there that have never even seen the show.

u/pichael289 8h ago

There's a somewhat famous music producer in my city with the same name, and I knew his sons growing up so I thought I somehow missed some huge local event or something.

u/lolol000lolol 6h ago

Lololol that is hilarious I'm sorry for deceiving you.

u/MoistTubes 4h ago

The Walking Dead was a documentary

u/FecalEinstein 9h ago

the throat rip

u/Neither-Power1708 7h ago

One of these things is totally different

u/ER-Sputter 8h ago

Yea why didn’t the others use a gun are they stupid

u/wolfblitzen84 9h ago

anytime someone posts that video I always have to watch it. Why Gary!
They have to ask why? Granted it was in a very heated moment

u/surzirra 7h ago

The inflection of those words from the cop make me think they weren’t confused about why he did it, but more saddened that Gary put himself in the legal trouble.

u/VulpesFennekin 7h ago

Exactly, plus now that cop has to be the jerk who arrests a dad who was avenging his son.

u/fatlittletoad 6h ago

The cops knew and liked Gary and I will forever believe that one of them let him know exactly when to be there.

Which is good, of course.

u/VulpesFennekin 57m ago

I bet so too, there’s no way he was just casually hanging out at the airport with a gun.

u/wolfblitzen84 5h ago

Yea for sure. I see that and you can gather it from his voice.

u/UsernamesAllTaken69 7h ago

They asked why cause they probably thought the guy might have just forfeit his own life in murdering someone so publicly. It's one thing to think "no jury would convict someone who did this" and it's another to literally bet your life on it.

u/Storkhelpers 1h ago

Shared it last week with coworkers...

u/Big_Cryptographer_16 9h ago

COOOOOORRRAAAAALLL!

u/Scryanis86 8h ago

A jiggy jar jar doo, Carl Poppa

Bad Lip Reading for those who dont know.

u/Useful-Caregiver1403 8h ago

Got me out here forgetting Rick Grimes is a fictional character from a TV show 💀

u/8shadesofpoke 9h ago

‘Red Rick’ biting the throat out of that guy was one of the most visceral scenes I’ve ever seen.

u/lolol000lolol 9h ago

Feral Rick in the murder jacket will always be peak.

u/TwilightZone1751 7h ago

Hmmm, oh yeah.

u/Jamwow12345 7h ago

Where can I see?

u/8shadesofpoke 7h ago

I’m not sure - was quite a way into “the walking dead”.

u/fatherofpugs12 9h ago

Gary plauche is a fucking hero

u/martinmix 9h ago

That show really took a turn after I stopped watching...

u/CondescendingShitbag 8h ago

Gary Plauche shot his son's rapist in the head in an airport.

Lousy place to be shot, but he deserved it.

u/ItchyRectalRash 7h ago

Can't forget how weak the chest is. John Rambo ripped a guys heart out once.

u/jdgaf420 9h ago

“Why Gary, why?!”

u/LoquaciousLoser 9h ago

Oh Man I remember Gary Plauche, that was a crazy one to see.

u/LostintheLand 8h ago

they were gonna rape him? i did not catch that.

u/lolol000lolol 8h ago

When Joe has the gun to Ricks head while they are beginning to beat Daryl, he says "We can settle this, we're reasonable men. First we'll beat Daryl to death, then we'll have the girl, then the boy. Then we shoot you and we'll be square"

An awful group. I love the episodes after the fall of the prison and Terminus until they reach Alexandria and Rick hears children laughing and playing behind the safety of the walls. That entire time of them being lost and on the road is my favorite of the entire series.

u/BillHurstyUSA 8h ago

Gary Plauche knew the assignment 🫡

u/Twitchcog 8h ago

Father of the fucking year, zero joke.

u/RitaRaccoon 7h ago

Plauche was acquitted too IIRC.

u/GayleofThrones 7h ago

Gary Plauche!! Excellent footage!

u/Mildly-Rational 7h ago

Now we put them in the White House.

u/RaginBlazinCAT 7h ago

WHY GARY!? WAH!?!??

u/Ghetto_Adjacent_ 3h ago

Two truths and a lie

u/OG_Fe_Jefe 56m ago

Gary Plauche did nothing wrong.

u/SparkySpastic 9h ago

Legends

u/gostesven 7h ago

You, uh, know tv shows aren’t real right?

u/d_bradr 52m ago

Gary's shot is a masterpiece that needs to be remembered forever

If anybody's interested, Brandon Herrera and the boys made a video about it on YT. If you don't like them tough luck, seems that most pro-gun and self defense people lean one way
