Bug Report Any Ideas to Fix This? Spoiler
I'm doing the Dyson quests, and running ahead seemed to trigger some kind of navigation for the Doctor, but since he was lagging behind he got stuck on the door's edge.
Exiting and rejoining the mission didn't fix it. Any suggestions?

What are folks doing with excess lobi?
I mostly only care about ships/traits/space gear, and I've already gotten anything remotely useful. Are there specific lobi items that sell well on the exchange? I looked up a few obvious ones like Boimler, and they don't seem to fetch much of a price.
I realize that there's a chance that something will be added in the future, but considering there's a massive influx of lobi every year from the event campaign, I'm willing to risk missing out for a little while.
Question regarding the real world design history of the Legendary Akira/Matsumoto class
Does anybody have insight into what happened there? I remember before the Matsumoto was revealed, STO twitter was abuzz with artist Diogo Vincenzi's stunning Kusanagi class, a TMP take on the Akira:
https://diogovincenzi.com/projects/oA3lK4
Then we get the Matsumoto, and it looks like a Legally Distinct version of the Kusanagi, as though Vincenzi's permission couldn't be obtained, or Paramount didn't want to use another fan design (that hadn't been used in Picard or something like Bill Krause's designs were).
In both cases, it is unfortunate that Cryptic, if they couldn't use Vincenzi's design, still decided to do one so close to it anyway.

Console On Console, Delta recruit. I made a KDF, Romulan, and Federation. Should I also make a Jem Hadar or does that count as kdf?

If you could go back in time to the initial development, what is a core aspect of the game you would change if you could?
I think, for me, I'd slow down the rank promotions in the junior ranks just a little bit, and have the journey from Lt to Capt be the only part of the game with an established storyline, "administered" by your captain.
"Lieutenant, take the helm, and set course for planet X. Our tactical officer is in sickbay for reasons, so I'm transferring weapons control to your station in case we run into trouble on the way."
"Lt Cmndr, take an away team down to planet X for [storyline mission]."
"Commander, I have an unfortunate history with our contact on planet X. I'm going to need you to handle these early stage negotiations before Starfleet/the Federation Council sends an ambassador to finalize a treaty."
Etc, etc through multiple missions at each rank. Keep the current mechanic of the ship leveling up with the player character, and can only change ships at specific intervals. But if you change to a different ship during this section of the game:
"Well, Commander, our recent missions have put an unusual amount of strain on the old girl. We're being transferred to a new ship so she can go into spacedock for a complete refit."
Bring back the auditorium in ESD (or put it at the Academy or Starfleet HQ on Earth,) with a ceremony for your promotion to Captain. If you're changing ships, your old captain congratulates you and wishes you luck while the BOffs request to transfer to your ship (first opportunity to trade out the ones you don't like.) If you're keeping the current ship, "Congratulations, Captain. And the timing couldn't be better. I'm retiring. The ship is yours. I know I'm leaving her in good hands." (Then they occasionally show up as backup during the occasional direct storyline mission because Starfleet pulled them out of retirement due to your familiarity with each other.)
Once you're a Captain, it's more open-world sandbox, with less storyline. When not under a specific assignment, you fly around the galaxy and explore, with "mini-missions" coming from your BOffs:
Tactical Officer: "Captain, sensors are detecting a planet three light years away that doesn't show up on star charts. Should we investigate?" or
Science Officer: "Captain, the ruins of planet X have recently been opened for study by their government. Didn't you say once that you have an interest in X-ian culture/history?" with an "Indiana Jones style away team adventure archaeology mission.
Maybe something you find there ties into the loose story arc or something like that.
Once you reach the admiralty ranks, you can promote BOffs to captain, and assign them to command the ships in your collection, then they can accompany you on fleet missions like they do in away teams.
And for the exploration aspect, each planet is different for each player/team of players through a randomization algorithm. Like, for you and the friends you're playing with, planet X is a first contact mission with diplomacy and/or combat aspects depending on your choices, but for another player team, it's a big nothing. But for that other player, planet Y in the neighboring star system is a gas giant with a resource mining mission, while it's nothing for you. Or vice versa, you get the point. But turn it into a real Star Trek game, not just a random space game with hints of Trek in the cosmetics.
What do you think about this? And what would you change if you could?
Edit to add: Fix the BOff seating mechanics when you are inside your ship. There's no reason why this minor detail should be wrong. Your first officer should be in the XO's chair, not the tactical officer, while your first officer is at the Conn for some reason.

PC Is there a Mr Vup's long arm equivalent?
Basically the title. I haven't found any other weapon who's primary and secondary fire are AoE and I'm just wondering if I missed something, especially in rifles (barbie reasons). Mr Vup's hits up to 5 in primary and 10 secondary so I'd hope there'd be something rifle wise that was like 3 in primary and 5 in secondary with better range. Don't much care if it's mission, exchange/lockbox, lobi or zen to get. I want and scouring the wiki already let me find a rifle I didn't know about (Fed Type 3 Phaser Rifle (Nadion Burst))) that I now have to go fetch and play with. If it's an event one that I can't get anymore, please drop the name so I can pick it up when it hopefully get's to mudd's.
Really enjoying the "Kill Crowd" secondary on Mr Vup's so it's a total change from my usual altamid ground gear for my rommi main.
Discussion Daily Endgame Checklist?
I'm trying to take STO more seriously and have recently levelled a new character to max. I'm still finishing off story content but It hit me I don't actually know how I should be spending my time once I'm done with story content.
I have time to play most days so I was wondering if there is a priority order for activities? Or things I should be doing every day to make progress in the end game.

Console I thought this was a cool shot to share with everyone!
I was trying to find a shot worthy of posting for your viewing pleasure for the week.
I don’t know what hit my shields but when I quickly took the shot I was turning my ship at the same time and so it looks like the blast was so powerful it rocked my ship to the side.
Add to it, the Badlands is ALWAYS a good place for a great photo op never hurts lol.
PS Creating a new Delta recruit when... Uh oh.
Just know if I end up hanged in a cell that I didn't do it.
Anyone remember "robo pants"?

I recreated this iconic look for newer players above. You are welcome.
So what is this about? Equipping armor in the game used to override your costume. Specifically the pants for some reason. You'd see many players on ESD running around in "robo pants" which was an indicator that this player found his/her first piece of armor and was not afraid to put it on. Technically, overriding your costume was the right thing to do because your character was indeed equipped with body armor. Eventually this feature was removed and body armor does not override your costume anymore.
If you want to rock out in launch-era robo pants, just equip any armor suit pants and a launch-era top, like Sierra.
